I wonder what goes through a head coach’s mind when he runs read option with his franchise QB coming off a major knee injury.

Seems like Philly got stupid Pederson back as coach his year.
Or Reich was the real coaching talent behind last season

No qb can play well under intense pressure. But it's looking to me like Dak handles it better than wentz. The gap is closing. Considerably so.
I will give that to Dak, he does handle pressure better than most young qbs. I really like that about him. Now if he can improve his pocket presence, accuracy, and ball security the Cowboys would have one heck of Qb that teams will to worry about.

Wentz doesn’t have a running game to lean on. And make his life easier.

That’s not even hating on him. But last season they had the #3 rushing offense in the league. They were pounding defenses with Ajayi and Blount. That makes a quarterbacks life easier too.

Honestly, I just think the league has caught up with a lot of the misdirection they do offensively. You're absolutely right that the running game isn't the same, but Wentz isn't as mobile as he was pre-injury and they just haven't been able to scheme as many big plays as they did a year ago.

Was it me or did they start using a ton of RPOs late when they started moving the ball? Didn’t seem like they used many early or maybe I just wasn’t paying attention.
