Obviously you missed my point. Not him, nor the fans, know what happened on the sidelines yesterday.

So I reject your premise that anything was glaringly obvious.

Dude, nothing happens on the sideline that isn't being videotaped and recorded.

Shawn’s an idiot. Grown men aren’t looking to qbs as leaders they really only care about their own personal game and monetary contracts.

If a frail guy like Jared Goff got in Aaron Donald’s face he would turn it into soup.

Dez was the last true leader of the cowboys team.

Someone can read alot of crap these days but this one made my day.

Now that is what you need your QB to do. But in all honesty, how can anyone take Dak seriously if he started doing that on the sideline? Super Bowl rings and a HOF career trajectory go a long way.
Yeah. Troy had already won Super Bowls when this happened.

Very few QB's can do this. We have seen Brady do it. Rodgers.

I think the guys would just roll their eyes if Dak tried anything like this on the sidelines. He's a big part of the problem.

So you expect the telecast to be about what is happening on the sidelines or in the game? Sure, if there is an absolute blow up on the sidelines with the coaches and players fighting like it's a royale rumble, then sure, it will get TV play. Aside from that, I repeat my assertion that Merriman (and the fans) discussing what happened on the sidelines yesterday or FOS.

Unless, of course, you think anything short of a royale rumble was simply not enough of a reaction?

Groups of people need to be lead.

loud vocal yelling people on the sidelines described as leaders are one of the biggest bunch of crap ever sold to fans.

First off if you need that kind of thing to get your riled up, you need to check yourself.
Secondly most times when people see that type of person in your real life profession you just dismiss them as a loud mouth over the top personality.

There are a few exceptions that come along and mostly it is leaders IN THE LOCKER room and not some guy out on the sidelines when the cameras are arolling.

For whatever reason, I dreamed last night, well after the game was over, that I was having a conversation with Ezekiel Elliott. In the midst of that conversation, I mentioned to him that he was the only player on the offense that earned his pay and that the rest of them seemed to be merely going through the motions. He seemed extremely embarrassed and then proceeded to talk to others whom he very likely deemed less critical.

As I perused through the internet this morning, he was quoted as to how that loss was humiliating and it rang a bell as to what I'd swear I had heard only hours before. He then added how he felt that the loss was for the best and that they should learn a lesson from it to avoid becoming too overconfident. Anyhow, I thought I'd share that with you all as an afterthought. It was freakishly real during my slumber and even more-so afterward! ;)

I thought this was pretty solid.

"The leadership of this team getting exposed.......... when down, you don't see any players on the sidelines getting into each others faces, nobody saying anything. And Normally, that would come from a QB position, but Dak doesn't play well enough to be that type of leader....."

sure yet when Dez did get in people's faces, the line was, he is a mental case

What we really need is a DE to be vocal and slap a clipboard out a coaches hands. Fans just love that and its the mark of a true leader.

This all comes from Garrett. You punch the team in the face and he folds. Fans here told me the team plays hard for him. Where was that?

I agree. Failing down the stretch has been a constant here, way before Dak even graduated High school.

So solid. It’s funny how almost every sports commentator and analysts knows what’s up but some still can’t see.
Was the same thing “up” the previous five weeks?
Or is this just more typical over reaction Monday by the national rating ****** and the Cowboyszone Man Babies.

Watch this video. Wooooooooooooh. Dang I’m fired up

If you’re not fired up after watching the video from Troy, then you got severe low T
Instead, I hear the Coaching staff is considering eliminating positions, that way no one feels isolated from the team. And there will be no more wins and losses. That's too barbaric. Each man will hang out in a portion of the field and if the other team comes their way, they should help them on their journey. Yea, the new system was started this past Sunday. Pretty good start wouldn't you say.
