Olawale didn't drop it, he clapped at it like a flailing seal. It was a sadly pathetic attempt.

Like I stated in another thread, he looked like a toddler learning to catch for the first time.

We've seen many of those from Dak. Remember how many time Zeke is on the side and Dak underthrows it? Or Zeke/Smith/Bease is behind the DL line and he underthrows it? I've seen it many times.
The ball was slightly underthrown but there is a vast difference between a pass hitting the ground feet or yards away from the qarterback's intended receiver and a ball falling within a player's catch radius.

Olawale's elbows were bent. Prescott's ball hit his fingertips. Olawale had a very good opportunity of catching the ball in comparison to the underthrow examples you mentioned.

He was incapable of touching the ball as if he were blind which means he was took his eyes off of the ball. Pretty simple to see.

People see what they want to see.

FB's momentum is taking him away from a dying duck of a pass. It's really easy to misjudge a pass like that. It's not like you can stop on a dime and catch it.

The important thing to understand is that no QB throws perfect passes every time. There was a horrible pass by Prescott that nearly got intercepted, but the potential TD pass was not one of those.
Sometimes you have to go make a play on a pass that isn't 100% perfect.

underthrown ball that was way behine him. Had to try and slow down to grab .... Id put more blame on not throwing it to a WR/TE or atleast a guy that has had more then a handful of receptions .... he is a FB

Dak supporters - "greatest pass in NFL history dropped by scrub FB."

No. Pass could've been better, but it wasn't even a difficult ball to catch. I'm sure the FB looked good enough in practice to make the catch, but he was clearly overwhelmed by the moment.
if the losing continues dak will never survive dallas he may do something somewhere else but he wont in dallas

Three years, no losing seasons.

they won something ? Are you one of those impressed by 2017 Eagles game that made it 9-7 ... i mean it did knock them out of home field advantage ... Winning is going to SB maybe even getting to the NFCCG. Winning the division only this year would be huge loss because of the state of the NFCE teams . We all made fun of redkskins in 2015 going 9-7 saing they just sucked the least that year .

I like how people are saying this pass was "a little bit off." Dak missed the location of where that ball should have been by like 8 yards. On a 2-yard throw, thats....bad.

Still should have been caught, but that's a horrible throw.

It should have been caught.

Even with all of "drops" Bryant's incompletions..............NONE compare to Jackie Smiths drop.

Not a great pass and I would have given Olawale the benefit of the doubt for dropping it if he WAS EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO CATCHING IT. Dude's hands were closed and like a half foot from where the ball arrived when it got to him. Not an exaggeration to say it was one of the worst attempted catches by an NFL player I've ever seen

Part of being able to catch a football is adjusting to where the ball is going. This guy made no adjustment. The ball was catchable.

I don't make fun of any team that puts together a winning season. The NFL is, by design, not constructed for sustained excellence. There are exceptions, but very, very few.

If we go 10-6 and win a playoff game, that will be a good season. Not a great season, but a good season. Winning a conference championship is a great season. Winning the SB is spectacular.

I watch other QB throw the same pass with no issue of a player catching it. Hell there are a ton of passes that are not exactly on target that WR, RB and TE make every single weak.

And Roger being the class act still says he didn't make a good enough throw..I doubt he believes that though.ha
