Thats some harsh criticism from Jimmy and Troy , no doubt about that .
Terrible takeTroy is right , if he doesn't have the accuracy ... then he will never have it .
Terrible take
Troy was 53% 56% and 65% his first 3 years
He got better
Troy inherited a horrible team.Terrible take

There is this pesky little word in the English language called INTENT!
The INTENT of your comparison is to somehow suggest that Dak may, could, probably is on par with Aikman.
That is LAUGHABLE.
If I could author a survey of current and former players and coaches in the NFL, likely NO ONE would select Dak over Aikman.
NO ONE!
And I like how you changed the narrative. Even you know your comparison is RIDICULOUS.
No one said Aikman never threw an inaccurate pass.
I've never said Dak never threw an accurate pass. But he CONSISTENTLY throws inaccurate passes, misses open receiver and refuses to let to of the ball, resulting in too many sacks.
As for your assessment of his job in the booth, you're welcome to your opinion just as you are with your absurd suggestion that Dak MIGHT BE more accurate than Aikman.
However, the fact that Aikman IS STILL in the top commentator/play-by-play position is an objective measurement that he is anything BUT a doofus.
Dak MAY BE better than Aikman.
These Dak fanboys.
The logic y'all use to defend Dak is funny. Nobody really means nobody can't develop something but after awhile you are what you are. That's what most people usually mean when saying you have it or you don't will in regards to most things. If you've been lifting for some time you can't your body can't keep getting dramatically better and that's the same with anything. Dak accuracy is what it is for the most part with some outlier stuff in between. Once you've been in the league for awhile with the top notch trainers you're about at the peak of your natural skills. That's not for Dak only but dang near everybody but as always it's always a few outliers. This is like saying a pitcher can't develop better control of his pitches. Some do, some don't, but it's not impossible.

The most accurate QB in NFL history....accuracy can be worked on. Brees first 3 seasons, 55%, 60%, 57% accuracy.
Absolutely sir. Absolutely
It can be taught to some people, but certainly not everyone. There have been plenty of NFL QBs who didn't have enough accuracy to be or remain starters, even though they all had NFL coaches to teach them. This is laughable .
Accuracy can totally be taught and coached.
Where do you guys get these ideas?
No, he hasn't. Troy Aikman had several concussions, had ligament tears and had a far worse offensive line and receivers.Do you realize Dak has almost gotten murdered this year??? He's about to break the franchise record in getting sacked for one season. We are so lucky Dak's body has withstood the gamely beat down it has received this season due to getting sacked just about more than any previous Cowboys QB has in 1 season. You, Troy and everyone else should take such an important fact into consideration.
What does that have to do with whether Dak is/may be a more accurate passer than Aikman?Aikman was a statue .
In today league it's very possible he'd get clobbered in the pocket.
Romo had some serious feet. That kept him alive and let him buy time when the league began focusing more on pass rushers who were coming in the league more athletic than they were then.
Dak's running ability is nothing to shake a stick at....
Aikman wasn't necessarily slow. He just wasn't the most mobile guy.
What does that have to do with whether Dak is/may be a more accurate passer than Aikman?
To Troys credit he survived the first two seasons in which he missed several games due to injury.Troy inherited a horrible team.
But do you think anyone who observed them both believes Dak is more accurate than Aikman?Statistically, he is more accurate.
