Tough game. Defense didn't play well, but that was a given.. Thye played a very good offense and all things considered fought hard. held them to field goals...

What percentage of games are won when your defense gives up 273 yards rushing? 10%? 5%?

Think 16-18 mil a year is plenty for dak. 13-15 mil a year for dlaw also. People need to be signed and Dallas needs to upgrade some players.

I am not one of those guys that thinks that Dak is the franchise answer at QB.

With that said, we got outcoached. And, frankly, after nine years I'm tired of my team getting outcoached when it matters the most.

This loss isn't on Dak. It's on Jason Garrett.

Fact of the matter is this. They lost. Dak is not a very good QB and if you think shelling out top QB money on him is a smart investment. I don't know what to tell ya. He's mediocre at the VERY best. This team has many issues paying him top dollar for his level of play is just another.

I've been critical of Dak, but I also think I'm fair. He was fine tonight. I was encouraged by his play the last three weeks. I feel he made throws the last three weeks that he wouldn't have even attempted early in the year. He was much improved. To me, this is a good sign.

He was mediocre against Tampa and our defense gifted us two scores. The Colts he was bad as well.

Yes its brilliant since we have Mahomes and Luck as our second and third string qbs. So many choices that are clear upgrades.

At first I was thinking well if not Dak who, but then I remembered franchise qbs grow on trees so no need to try and develop Dak further when we can just pluck a better qb right off the tree.

Yeah, I can't agree with this post. As for those people who say "we'll always win tough games because we have Zeke," well..... so much for that. Not saying it's on him though - the offensive line was just no match for that all-Pro Rams defensive line.

The only reason we were even in this game is because of Dak. I mean... who else apart from the receivers which Dak threw to would you say had a great game?

Some of throws were bad but I think some of those passes were option routes. He also made some difficult passes.

I think he did ok without a true running game and Beasley being used as a decoy.

There were also passes that should've been caught. This game was more on the defense, the lack of a running game, and bad play calling, with some heinous officiating sprinkled in.
