I don’t understand why people want to sink more resources into OL. If everyone was healthy a starting 5 of SMith, Filo, Frederick,Martin ,Collins
Is better than 99% of the league. Not to mention Williams, and looney for depth. I think that’s a lot of resources there already and plenty of talent. Most teams do more with less. What we need is more playmakers on offense not more lineman.

PS Frederick coming back will be our 2019 1st round pick.

This, we need some resources on D, like DT and S help. And for me add an 's on DT.

A few things:

We were not susceptible to the run all year, we were #1 in yards per carry allowed. So the best in the NFL against the run.

I think Tavon can and should be that return specialist assuming we resign him.

And we have a good starting quarterback already

I believe I mentioned the stats weren't telling the whole truth about the run game. We played maybe a handful of effective run teams all year. Most of the time, teams went away from the run, or were already poor doing so. We have been prone to the play action if a team keeps running the ball, no matter how effective it was, we bite and we bite hard. The absolute number one improvement next season has to be working on scoring touchdowns. Otherwise we'll always run into this in the playoffs. Jmo of course.

I looked up the list of Free agent DL.

Suh
Grady Jarrett
Frank Clark

Are all free agents. I’d definitely try to sign one of those.
Suh is too up and down for the money he is going to want. Grady Jarett would be a good upgrade.

OC and DC. we have hit the limits with them. If nothing changes, don't expect to see any difference in what we see.

I would start with a new coach and let him pick the groceries, Garett nd his vanilla offense are yesteryears. Also time to part with Marinelli , may be try Richard as DC and let him coach defense , but again let HC decide, Jerry sideline , One can wish ?

I’ll take another receiving weapon for Dak on the order of Gallup, please. I also liked the. Cedric Wilson pick last year. But with Beas gone, we need Gallup to replace his production and a legit 3rd WR threat.

We could upgrade/add quality depth at both S and swing OT. Maybe add a change of pace RB/punt returner depending what we do with Austin.

Yes and better OC that can add misdirection, movement like the Rams who destroyed us!

This is a seriously deep DT class. Too bad we don't have a 1 but there should be value in the 2nd and love the Amari trade. Amari gives us 2 elite playmakers on offense.

I would be tempted to flip Tank for a first or a second and draft two DTs with our first two picks and roll with Taco, Armstrong and Gregory and maybe take a DE in the 3rd.

To reiterate what others have said:
OC
DT1
LG
S
RB
DE
TE
Slot

Not going to able to re-sign everyone due for a new contract. I would not be able to pay Jones and DLaw top money, but the toughest decison of all is can they pay Zeke mid 8 figures? I don't think they can. They are stuck with overpaying Dak and really need to focus on getting the OL back to dominant form and getting a couple of complimentary backs in to take over the running game.

They can overpay a player or two if they have to. You just can't overpay everyone for too long or you end up in cap hell.

What do you think they are?

I’ll go
Edge Rusher-besides Lawrence not a lot of consistency
DT- Woods is a solid backup but he got mauled today. Need a Monster DT.
Safety- heath cannot be the starter again. He’s a decent backup he just doesn’t make enough plays.
WR- we need a better slot WR. I love Beasley but I want a guy who’s a consistent Red zone threat in the slot.
RB- Zeke needs a better backup. Someone who can actually make some plays for us.
1T & DE.
I would also maybe make a run at 3T if a dominant one hits FA, otherwise, Collins and Crawford are decent.
Stock the defensive line.
