Yet in my post, I did no such thing lmao.

I'm just letting you know how it's portrayed when you cry like a baby after the 1st day of the tampering period it's not a good look, and would make much more sense to let free agency play out.

But keep on making stuff up! I just laid out the facts, you can do with them as you please.

"Facts", hilarious!
:lmao:

He will get released from the Miami. This is smart management from the Cowboys showing interest. When released he will take this in account when signing for new team.

I would definitely take a flyer on him. Better then Taco and Armstrong who are set to start at RDE if Gregory is suspended.

The main reason if they like him a trade so your guaranteed to get him otherwise your bidding if released

You also don't have to worry about lowballing him. The amount Dallas would pay would be determined by the parameters of the trade. Right now, it would be $12 million for one year, which I can't see Dallas being willing to trade, but if Miami absorbs around $4 million of it, a one-year, $8 million deal is better than the Cowboys could get any other bona fide pass rusher for. The question then becomes how much compensation does Miami want.

Teams don't even go by dead money, it's all about salary cap and current money.
In general, yea. But I think the Dolphins would be interested in just saving the money since they're going to be terrible anyways.

Raiders traded Mack, in large part, because they didn't have the cash available to pay him.

Hey, just as an aside, if Will McClay is so super awesome and stuff, why would the team have to make this trade after recently investing a 1st and 4th round pick on a DE? How many draft picks do we have to throw at a bookend for Lawrence before we hit on something?

You like?

Still would need to get stronger at 3-tech. I like the fact that Hyder has been mentioned as a possibility there, though. We need to be trying everything we can to get the type of consistent interior push we need in this scheme.

Give him the money you save by cutting Crawford - $6 million.

I think that was a big factor in his signing.

I like Collins but I don't trust him to play 16 games at 100%.

i mean, not every pick hits. no one can deny how good the overall drafting has been.

Don't have to cut anyone to add him. I'd prefer to see how all of these potential linemen play in the preseason before making that kind of decision. If they outplay Crawford, then I'm OK with moving on.

I think Collins is a good rotational piece, but he's not the wrecking ball we need at the spot even when healthy. Got to have someone who just blows up the interior play after play like Sapp did for Tampa or Melton for Chicago or even Irving for us when he was out there in order for this defense to truly function like it is supposed to.
