Hahahahhaa.. People actually still pay for NFL Ticket? lol... wow... There are other ways to get all the games. For a lot cheaper. Yes. I do pay some to watch all the games. But, nothing like the robbery that is Direct TV and the NFL charges.
yup...people are brainwashed into paying a steep price for a product they can get for much cheaper.

Interesting . AT&T has enhanced my Direct TV experience. Maybe because they are my cell network as well?

The Service of ATT here is horrible. ATT sold a lot of their hubs here in New Mexico to T-Moble. As a result, the service here for cell or DTV is not great. You end up getting a lot of outages and you can't get hold of their service group until after the fact. A lot of outages at night, for some reason. Either way, it's not cheaper and the actual service is not better and the customer support is much, much worse. I actually used to use ATT exclusively for my Business plan because their coverage was superior. As they started selling off their assets, it just got worse and worse. Eventually I went to Verizon.

I am happy your experience is better but for me, you could take ATT and wad it up into a little ball, like a newspaper, and light it on fire.

It's crazy and somewhat disrespectful to characterize people as brainwashed. Sometimes there are other reasons for why they do things. JMO

$200.00 for a season is nothing. If you consider that too expensive to pay, then you have bigger issues in your life.
its called having priorities straight...ie family first. TV is last on my agenda. 200 HUNDY is way too much..my GAWD. I pay a fraction of that for more channels...but hey..enjoy your satellite TV..Its no skin off my nose.

The Equal TV Revenue has been the benchmark to financial parity in the league. As a result we’ll never see individual teams establish their own networks or individual packages.
Not so sure about that, the Sunday ticket could turn into a subscription service by team with the revenue going directly to the owner just like concessions, parking, suites and ticket sales.

They've been struggling with the break even on the Sunday Ticket for a while it's not the draw for new subscribers that it once was.

Robbed blind?

I paid less than $35 a month from August 2017 to August 2018 for my entire Directv service, which included HBO, Sunday Ticket, and was not a bottom tier package.

What legal means are you using that are not through DirecTV?
Wow. Can you call them for me... I can get 50 bucks off my bill every month for a year when I call them or chat. I have to do it every year so my bill doesn’t go back to normal...

I don't think you are trying to be disrespectful. I mean, I've often said things or done things and never realized, until after the fact, that I was kind of short sided about how I viewed a given situation. It happens. It's no big deal, really, kind of a minor one to be honest. No worries.

I posted earlier that I no longer do pay that. Once the kids all left, the ability to downsize was much easier. In the old house, we had like 10 TVs, all with the works. We downsized our house to a much smaller one, now that the kids moved out, like 2600 sq. ft. and we now only have 5 TVs so that much easier. We use Firestick now with a much cheaper DirectTV app that allows you to stream and get NFL Channel for much, much cheaper.

I hear ya. I can get discounts off my bill every month that adds up to enough to pay for the ticket but the bill is still a hondo a month. I only keep it for the games. I have tried streaming them but it’s choppy or you can lose connection.

It is not about money; it is about value and that is subjective. However, comments about how much anyone here spends on anything are out of line and rude. Priorities are different, lifestyles are different and there are many from every walk of life here.

Well, you must know someone who works there.. No way you're getting all that legally. Come clean. If you are for real at that price, hats off to you.. Still too much for me.

I pay 8 bucks a month for Eternal TV. It's a streaming server site. I get everything other ways but, that is my path to watching all the games.

50 bucks a month you can have the same CONTENT.

No, you could not. Even if you streamed it all, you could not get it. Trust me, we looked into every kind of way possible.

And, I have friends in the industry. Was not going to happen.
