Twitter: Dak to Gallup

Certainly Gallup has to be one of our most anticipated and exciting players to watch going into next season. Love that he seems like a blue collar guy also.
He’s good. I remember there was a poster here going into the draft that was all over Gallup but I don’t remember who it was....but kudos to that poster

Replays showed on several occasions Gallup hesitating on his routes. Consistency in route running was a problem for the rookie. But you show your biased by seemingly blaming Dak for all of it. As if a rookie receiver would never make mistakes.

I’m not bias I’m actually one of the few people on this board that thinks Dak is a franchise QB I also stated that we saw them get in rhythm late in the season with Gallup

it’s no question dak missed Gallup plenty of times and also as you stated Gallup did make mistakes as well

Plenty of times and how many would that be? 3 or 4 times?

I agree the offense started clicking in the 2nd half of the season. And why would that be?

-Firing of the Oline coach, better blocking, more time with the Gallup, Cooper trade?

There were several posters who raved about Gallup before he was drafted. I was one of 'em. This year, he'll perform even better! :)

Wake me when Dak can actually consistently hit him on that 9 route.
Most of Gallup's struggles were with short-to-intermediate routes.

Very interesting. Good stuff, PH. I would have thought Dak's accuracy struggles passing to Gallup would mostly be on deep balls, but your stats show it's quite the opposite. Must be timing issues, which can be improved on. Looking forward to watching Dak and Gallup get better acclimated and turning up better accuracy results this upcoming season.

Interesting how he seems to be used equally at all 3 depths compared to Cooper.

It seems equal but it's really not, because the deeper the throw, the fewer attempts. Cooper's just a better route runner right now.
Oh I get that. It was just that his targets didn't seem to fluctuate, especially since I somehow misread his 10-19 as being 20 instead of 29.
