Cole Beasley talking (again)

Geezus, this dude needs to learn the value of an unexpressed thought.

He better hope Cobb doesn't out produce his *** this coming year. But that should be impossible, right Cole? Cowboys don't value the slot position.
No chance of that happening. . . Cobb offers nothing Cole doesn't add . . . Cobb will not produce because Dak sucks . . . Point Blank . . . Stop with the Hopeful "Fantasies"

I couldn't care less what Cole thinks, but to be fair he's not bashing Dallas in the article. He's saying that the system didn't move him around much. And, that in Buffalo is different and he's excited.
Not really anything ground breaking, we know the offense has been pretty basic in general.

I do think it will be a different story in Buffalo once he gets playing. That's why I would have waited to say anything public.

Won’t be hard for Cobb to out produce the overrated Beas, who averaged 3 catches for 31 yards a game here.

Love these former players that continue to confirm what 99
5 of us know and 1% of the posters continue to deny:

That Garrett's dumbed down, conservative, boring, predictable offenses is a big problem here in Dallas.

And if the trolls want to wonder why were not throwing deep so much, they just got another clue.

Here is one poster hoping Beasley has a great season and makes Garrett look even more pathetic.
Cole Beasley has the best hands in the entire league for passes percentages caught. This is not a dumbed-down offense. It's a ball control keep the young defense off the field offense. I wish people understood the game

You do realize Cole Beasley has the best hands in the entire league. That's right passes percentages caught. You can't have opportunities if you're not targeted. That's on the offense play calling

Most overrated player in history of the team. Fans speaker in hushed tone of the playoff exploits of the great Cole Beasley. The reality was he was a slow, very limited guy that did not impact many games in 7 years.
Are you dreaming he was a giant killer game changing receiver. He had the best hands in the entire league for passes percentages. The ball hit his hands he caught it. Wake up please people

Actually, its a ball control, keep the defense off the field offense...………...AND a dumbed down offense.

Dumbed down as in conservative, lacks aggression, not much vertical, risk taking, boring routes, predictable.

All these accolades have been confirmed by some current players, some former players, current coaches, FO people, other teams, ect….ect...

Nothing new here.

And since the defense has been the strength of the team the last few years, Garrett the Clapping Clown should have made the adjustment to a more wide open offense and passing game. Less predictability.

Now Jones has forced the change because Garrett is too stupid to do it on his own.

If your targeted at a much lower rate than this will bloat your passes caught percentages. It's a numbers game.
It's like when Elliott was suspended. Morris had fantastic looking yards per attempt, but there were less carries. Doesn't mean Morris was better than Elliott.
Not to mention, you can't always point the finger at the play calls, which we really aren't aware of specifically. Sometimes the WR is responsible for not being in position. Or, the QB didn't see the opportunity.

A lack of innovation is not dumbed-down. It's just a poor game plan. Nothing in the NFL is dumb. That's the issue I have with the word.

And you might not be a Jason Garrett fan. But until he loses the locker room I will support him. The camaraderie. The youngest starting team in the league to the second round of the playoffs. I don't think you're looking at the entire picture. You're just angry and I understand why. I'm positive I've been a fan of this franchise longer than you. And I suffered through more than you could have. We're blessed to have we have right now.

Just admit it the kid had great hands.

What % of his catches were < 10 yards? Lies, Damn Lies and Statistics.

Beasley had little real impact in 7 seasons. What was it 2 100 yard games?

bease was a one trick pony. great slot guy, but nothing else. couldn't play outside. made no sense to put him where he would only fail. we tried. it didn't work. fact is, he wouldn't hold a candle to welker, Amendola or Edelman. imo, cobb will be a considerable upgrade.

If this was true and he actually was a game changer, then he would still be in Dallas. Or at the very least he would be with a contender and not praying for the best in Buffalo.

You really don't have a clue how I bought some of your room players can you call yourself a true fan Cole Beasley had the best hands in the entire league two seasons ago for passes percentages caught. Please get a clue

I agree but he still had great hands and that's my point.

He does, but it's really not worth arguing that he's more than a serviceable slot WR who's role was situational.
But he's not among the best slot WR's.
"Great hands" only does so much.
I agree but that was the only point I was trying to make. The kid had the best hands in the league and that's surprising in itself but it is an actual fact
