Aikman seemed a little put off with Dak breaking his record and him having a perfect game. It was kinda funny that he showed it.
nah...Troy was just messing around. Don't think it really bothered him..but I do think he likely enjoyed the fact it was a Cowboy QB that did it. He tries too hard at times to be unbiased.

I just love that we found this guy in the 4th round, in the same draft as Zeke to boot.

It seems Dak always gets compared to the likes of Wentz, Goff, etc. Just the fact that even the "haters" are comparing him to high round QBs is a win for him in my book.

Excited to see what the future of this season holds. :)

That's ridiculous and Aikman is ridiculous for even saying it. Unless dudes pop out of the womb throwing spirals into tight windows, accuracy can be taught.
I think you’re more ridiculous for not understanding what Aikman meant by that smh. I don’t get how people get conveniently obtuse when someone/thing they like is critiqued.

He didn’t mean it literally my fellow poster. Accuracy has been a knock on Dak before he came into the league and if he’s still having struggles with it going on 4/5 years from when he was coming into the league what are the chances now it will start changing? No matter what it is after a certain amount of time a person is usually at the best they are going to be at something they are doing. That’s not to say there aren’t outliers but just look in your real life how often have people made dramatic changes from what was their norm to something you didn’t expect? Probably not often.

Never in my wildest dreams did I expect Dak and the team to have that kinda chemistry in game one offensively. Looks like Dak working out with the wideouts paid off huge. I am very encouraged with Kellen Moore. He clearly uncuffed Dak. The entire playbook is available now. The defense better step up its run defense. That's the one glaring weakness.

I'm better at my job than I've ever been just for the fact that my time investment has gone up. There's no natural ability when it comes to accuracy. You learn how to throw a football. You learn the mechanics of a proper release. You learn proper footwork. There is zero reason to believe that you can't get better at those things by practicing them and working at them. Romo completely changed his release, footwork, accuracy, etc by working on them every offseason. You don't think Dak could do the same?

Just like you’re job there is only so much better you can be. Whatever level you’re at there if you’ve been there awhile is most likely where you will stay. The same with Dak and his accuracy. If accuracy was just some just work on it thing I don’t think we’d have accurate and inaccurate qbs. There are levels to just about anything and accuracy is no different. I don’t think you read much of what I posted and just skimmed through it to post a reply. I already answered your question literally in the post you quoted.

He did indeed toss a couple short and was behind the receiver three times early. He had less than perfect placement on a few passes. NEWSFLASH! They ALL do.
I am not saying Dak is terrible. Lol, just pointing out that this has been an issue his entire career. He did look better overall but still has some work to do. You Dak lover's are awful sensitive.

If he is going to play like this then JJ needs to pay him before the price is over 35 a year. Lol.

You say it's been an issue and we say it's only more confirmation of what we've known about Dak all along. Thaf he is a gamer that is only getting better.

Remember when Ryan Fitzpatrick set an NFL record with not one, but THREE straight 400 yard games to start the season with 11 TDs but then he couldn’t even finish the season as the starter? Oh wait, that was just last year? So what should I believe, the QB with 3 straight seasons of 23 TDs or less or the one who’s on pace for 64 TDs and 6400 yards? What could possibly go wrong with ranting and raving like a lunatic after one game that everything is changed now? I’m sure these fine troll posts will age as well as they always do.
Dak plays winning football. Stats don't matter. He makes good decisions when it matters. Unlike the previous qb for a decade

He plays winning football right up until he doesn’t, and then he’s a loser again. Brilliant analysis.
