So come back and cry when he is making 10.
Stop crying non stop. If you want to keep bringing up his contract than at least get it right.

LOL he already has guaranteed money, you freakin' dope. Miller has a couple years left on his contract, in 3 years, Zeke will be a $16 million cap hit. Are you seriously going insane? What has happened to you? Take your meds, my dude.

Make some home run holes. Remember the hole Saquan ran through week 1? Lmao show me a hole this year for Zeke like that since y’all love to slurp Barkley
Didn't we already go down this path a few weeks ago where I posted an example from last year where he had daylight and was easily tracked down? Or was that another poster? Zeke hasn't hit a rushing home run since week 16 of his rookie year. It's blatantly obvious he is no longer a home run hitter. He might hit one eventually, but he isn't some huge threat to take it to the house at any given moment that he was billed up to be when we drafted him. He's just not that player.

Answer my question. This year has Zeke had a hole like Saquans terrible line gave him week 1? Simple question

Great question. I don't know, but let's just say "no, he hasn't". Is that the only type of hole that Zeke can get a big gain on and the massive room he had Sunday was just insufficient?

its one play. RB's who miss opportunities to make better cuts happen multiple times in all games
Or maybe it's a problem with the runner?

He has a 41 yard rush as his longest in his last 700 carries. Next longest run in that time span is 30.

Is that all speed or does he not hit the right holes/cuts often enough?

Did we pay 100MM for a RB (already gross) but one who is a plodding powerback? Really?

If you're a RB and you're not a gamebreaker then what's the point?

Also CMC who is destroying the league has been worth 0.4 wins above a replacement level back. So what is Zeke? When does he get going? When does he prove more valuable than UDFA Phillip Lindsey?

Mcaffrey too. Every week it seems he breaks through one layer and there’s no safety in the area lol.
Ridiculous

Fred had that defender and would have pushed him to the inside if Zeke had cut to the outside.....may not have gone to the house, but would have been a big gain.
To be honest i was screaming at the tv for him to cut back to the outside but i don't get paid for being coach couch. Zeke just hasn't had that burst since his rookie year. Remember that game on the road against the Steelers when he took that screen 90 yards for a TD. That's the best he's looked to me..I mean he still runs hard and there is no denying that
Maybe fans want their home run hitter to actually hit some home runs when they are there? I mean, that is part of why Zeke was drafted #4, right?

i think some one would have caught him

being so fat an all

he does not have the speed
That was a poor choice in lanes, not an issue with speed. There are better examples to support that theory.

No, cutting back inside was the correct choice.

Look at the other camera view starting at about 0:14 in that video.

If Zeke cuts outside there is no chance that Frederick can block that defender.

Shades of Marion Barber after he got paid. 2016 zeke takes that to the house. Is it really possible to lose that much speed in 3 seasons? You can see Frederick is pretty upset...

There is no way you can compare Marion Barber- arguably the biggest bust in NFL history who never gained 1000 yards in a season- to Ezekiel Elliott.
Marion Barber got a $42 million contract and put up less than 4000 yards for the Cowboys.
He fell on his face in open field without being touched, got up beating his chest after one of his 3 yard "bursts"; and ended countless Cowboys drives with his inability to gain 1/2 yard because he decided to break it to the outside and lose yardage rather than hit the hole.
Please; don't mention Barber and Zeke in the same sentence. It's bad luck.

Marion Barber one of the biggest busts in NFL history? What?

Yes. He was terrible and he cost the Cowboys games with his inability to be productive.

He was a 4th round pick. 4th round picks don't get labeled "busts". Barber isn't even remotely close to the discussion of "biggest busts in NFL history"

So if I go post a video of another RB breaking a long run for a TD, would that change anything about either of our points?

Oh, gee whiz he just made the wrong cut, instead of going outside he went inside, news flash Zeke is not a speed guy.

Every running back that ever played looks for excuses to go outside, often incorrectly, this one was set on a platter, bugged the heck out of me watching in real time.
