I can't get over this.
You have a guy on your team to make plays. This exact type of play.
When the situation comes and that guy has an opportunity to make the type of play you hired him for, you instead tell him tos? do nothing. *** is Austin even on the team for if not for situations like this?
That as well. That lost momentum. And if you're Garrett. You know your offence starts slow. Why not pin Minnesota deep and make them drive a long way and let your offence go over what they saw?
I think economics affect how the Cowboys play. Not only that, but Dak showed that he really is one of the best in the 4th. Why not trust him? What that told me is one of two things or a combo.
1. Garrett doesn't trust Dak - if True, then Dak and Cooper really need to make that ultimatum
2. Garrett tries to be clever when he is a moron
I think it's both. I like Dak and Coop. I want them to stay. And I think that's actually their best way to stay and get rid of a coach who doesn't trust them and believe in them.
Again, that tells me that Garrett doesn't trust his players. So why would the players trust or respect him? Want to lose.a locked room? Call **** like that!
Seems like a no brainer{least for most}.

Give it to the guy that earns the most money. Behind the well paid OL that is supposed to dominate every down.
Total arrogance.
When it does not work, you get, well, this.
He's just SO conservative that he thinks a fair catch is the right play, regardless of the actual situation. That's Garrett in a nut shell.
Runs were the perfect call at that point. Run the clock and get the first.
Executin was the issue. Who expects to lose four yards on two runs?
As much as I hate JG, Kellen Moore called those plays. JG doesn't do **** other than clap.
Not so fast buddy. That would be a hc thing to step in with clock management.
I'm a Dak fan and it would not shock em if those plays were a result of him. ITs crazy though it could be Dak's fault or Moore's fault...but somehow Garrett is the scapegoat lol.

You're right, but for one of the few times, he did go talk to Dak and Kellen at the end of the game. Can't remember if it was before the runs or the failed sideline pass to Zeke.Garrett really doesn't do much these days. I doubt he called the plays at the end of the game. Outside of clapping and deciding whether or not to go for it, kick a field goal, .
