What kind of coach tosses his own team under the bus?

Garrett has been doing this since he got to Dallas. In press conferences, you'll never here him say the word "I". He's always deflected blame away from himself and put it squarely on the subordinates for not "executing". In the military, he's what we'd call a Blue Falcon.
Ehh I disagree. I think he takes blame in the media more times than he should. He rarely holds players or coaches accountable in those pressers. He doesn't have to but I have no problem with him doing it.

For me it goes back to that game against the Skins where Tashard Choice fumbled a little swing pass on the last play of the half and they ran it in for a TD. Horrendous high-risk, no-reward play. We lost 13-6 as Garrett's offense gave up more points than our defense did.

Jason ducked the media, then when they finally cornered him he refused to take blame. He let Wade take the bullet even though Phillips had nothing to do with it.

And then years later he threw Romo under the bus even though Tony was the only reason he had any success at all.

Glad people are seeing he's not this amazing human being our media have built him up to be.

Oh I disagree. Garrett has more power in this organization than that and he shouldn't escape blame. He makes Jerry comfortable no doubt but a lot of these moves being made are Garrett moves.
Moore wasn’t a Garrett move.

It is what it is. And we are what we are. There’s no one coming to save us as long as Jerry is here. Lol
Basically. This teams best hope was for Garrett to work out because this is the best we will get. Jerry will never hire a Parcells again unless he's building a new stadium or has to.

Honestly, though the media rips him like they do Jerry. Not that its not deserving.

In wade's book he pointed out that he told garrett not to run a play in that washington season opener. Garrett did anyway.

Moore wasn’t a Garrett move.

He wrote off on it. You better believe it. I'm sure Linehan wasn't his move either but it was his guy. Don't let him run from this blame. This isn't a Chan Gailey or Dave Campo situation. The Jones's have his balls but he's got there too.

So he's supposed to take over those last two calls?
He could very well use the pronoun "we" while expressing his thoughts because he definitely has a lot to do with whats going on. Also, thats what leaders do. They share the blame no matter what.

If Moore is calling the plays, Dak has the options, Richard and Marinelli calling the defensive ones, then what is his job? Discipline? One of the least trait the team has?

I just posted a quote of his saying he has input throughout the game. So maybe he did on that case. And justs screwed up and is indeed throwing it on kellen

Garrett is not in charge of that offense. That's Moore. You guys can't have it one way. When it goes good its Moore. When it goes bad its Garrett.

Just out of curiosity, what is exactly his job? Just watching the game from the sideline?

He’s trying to save his a-s. He’s on the hot seat and it’s heating up. Little does he know, Jerry is writing the termination papers as we speak...
Please. The only papers Jerry is writing are his purchase order agreement for gas for his yacht.
