My disconnect? How so? I have been on record, since last year, that the Cowboys believe Dak is the Franchise guy. So if there is no more Beer and I am sober, it's because the party started long before this thread and I've since had my fill of drink and have gone home to get sleep, eat food and am over the hangover. Maybe it's not me who is late to the party.

To be fair, this high passing yardage is relatively new for Dak. He has been the 250 guy for most of his career. That could be changing but I think that's kind of the discussion, to be honest. Is he really that 400 guy consistently or is he seeing this success but can't necessarily sustain it. That's really the thing that I believe most are trying to determine.

Dak's gonna get paid, but it will be interesting to see how he fares against 3 of the top 10 pass defenses in the league the next 3 weeks. Pats, Bills, Bears all top 10 in pass yards allowed and are 1,2, and 4 in pass tds allowed.
