Reid has never won the SB. Why does he get an excuse?

He has been to the sb though and has been to multiple conference championship games.

Truth is.. life with Garrett hasnt been too bad. We have had many 8-8+ seasons, have won division numerous times and Garrett is the mastermind behind our current playoff push. A new coach brings so many unknowns.

My opinion is, resign Garrett for 2020 and give Garrett an ultimatum: Win SB or go home..

Absolutely not. When he didnt get an extension he was already being told that this was a make or break year. He done broke so time to move on.

He has had nearly a decade to try to fix it. He failed.
