Grow up? Its because of silly naive people like you and thatclooset mentality thst things don't change
Really, Monterrey? Que sabes tu? Why don't you heed your own words and stop following this team? By following this team, you are contributing to Jerry's actions (according to your logic).

The players quit out there. From Amari taking himself out on key plays, especially late in the game when he was needed, to Zeke taking himself out on key downs as well, to the receivers dropping passes, to Dak missing open receivers, to the defensive secondary not able to cover the Eagles players, etc.

I saw the players quit today, not the coaches. Repeatedly, one could see the coaches yelling to the players on the sidelines, but the players (especially supposed key players) took plays off, took themselves off the field or plain out quit out there.

What a bunch of losers. Quitters!!!!

Embarrassing!

good players can’t overcome bad coaching..

You have no clue!! It was the players of course and it was the coaches of course!!
The defensive coaches should have the defense ready for the screen pass. The defensive coaches should have the DE’s ready to contain the boot leg. The defensive coaches had us in a soft zone all friggin game vs a bunch of backup receivers and 2 tight ends. Why did the offensive coaches have Witten in the game running pass routes on third and long when we have Jarwin sitting on the sidelines.

Doug Peterson had his team ready to play AND he put his BACKUP players in position to make plays vs our starters!!

This was a weak effort by everyone, ESPECIALLY the coaches. Like Doug Peterson said, “we won this game in our preparation”

And why are the players allowed to do that...Because the coaches are too gutless to stand up to Jerry to get the culture changed...ergo, the coaches are just as much to blame for not doing their darned job. Jerry is to blame for screwing up the culture, and the players are to blame for being spoiled, soft, and overpaid.

It’s the coddled culture instituted by the owner, but yes indirectly that falls on the players.

now don’t get me wrong, the coaches provide no discernible advantage:

fault:

owner
Players
Coaches

this season is a massive disappointment, but it’s been that way for a lonnnng time, and at the end of the day, 1 person has overseen it all

I would say

Owner
Coaches
Players

Good coaches would fight to change the culture and drop the hammer on players that quit or slack. These coaches just thank Jerry and clap.

Amari taking himself out of the game and just standing on the sidelines when he was needed the most does not fall on the coaches. That's on Amari and of course the front office for using a 1st round pick on a quitter.

No, the game plan was not good, but the players quit out there. There is no excuse for that.
If the coach sees players quit on him, shouldn't he do something?
Pull them out...
I don't know, but players quitting on the team are quitting on their coach for some reason.

So Jerry is the problem. He's been doing it since the 90s.

It's because Jerry and Son cover up for them. We've seen it happening for the past 20+ years. What good authoritative coach is going to want to come here?

Who coaches these losers?
Coaches control everything every player does on every play. Doug Peterson took an extremely banged up team on offense and moved the ball up and down the field. He put his backup players in position to make plays vs our starters.
We have been favored in every game this year except 1. We have the talent to win big, but not the coaching! This is obvious to anyone that knows football at all.
Good riddance Garrett!! Also, he will NEVER be a HC again.

I think it's both. The coaching this season has been atrocious, while the current roster has been laughably overrated all year long. And, if anyone thinks a new HC is going to be able to successfully institute meaningful culture change as long as Jerry is on the throne (or, if a truly-dynamic HC can even be signed under those circumstances)...well, I have a bridge to sell you.

But the coaches won't do their danged job and stand up to Jerry and bench players and institute some darned discipline. Any coach with any dignity and integrity would do so. How about having some passion for their product? Nah, it's on Jerry, the coaches, and the players..in that order.

Would Jerry even hire an authoritative coach?
But that's on the coach also. IF Jason doesn't want to tell Zeke to get his butt back out there, or get in Amari's face during a game...
That's on him in the moment.
