I love you guys that pull out team rankings and stats and base all your conclusions on those. Do you watch the games? Mr Stat guy, point differential is usually a good indicator of what a team’s WL record should be. How does that look for Dallas this year? Spurious Correlations, Data Mining, etc...

Jason Garret was never with the Cowboys in 1990. Jimmy actually hired Garrett in 1993.

Is Goff elite? Was McNabb? Eli? Foles?

When Dak was leading several game winning drives, was he elite then? Do you want to run Dak out of town if we were 9-6 or 10-5 right now?

Everyone seems to believe that you cant win the Super Bowl unless you have an elite QB or that there are only Elite QBs and garbage in the NFL. Dak is a guy we can win with. We cant throw away a guy we know we can win with for a lottery spin with another QB. Remember, why we even have Dak?

Yes, the scheme worked. They could have put up 9 more points and with the plays we left on the field, with the easy wide open TDs down field, we still would have beaten them. But lets honest here, our Offense did nothing to help the Defense. NOTHING. They could have sustained more drives, they could have reversed field position and made the Eagles drive the length of the field and they did none of that. They could have helped limit those scoring opportunities and they didn't.

I don't agree with how the game plans were put in place but come on, don't even try to put that on me because I've been leading that charge from the get go and you know it. I want Dak around 250 yards with 18 to 20 completions. I want him being effective and I want the ball in the hands of the run game but to that, you gotta beat guys in the passing game. That's not on Zeke and it's not on me. You want to blame the Coaching Staff, fine. I've got 10 years of sustained history showing that I was never in favor of Garrett. Go right ahead but don't include me in it because I'm all the way on the other side of that discussion. However, the facts are the facts. The plays were there to be made and Dak didn't execute them. That's the truth. At least 21 points left on the field and probably more, to be honest. That's the truth.

9 points? So they could've put up 18 points? 18 points is a scheme thats' working against one of the worst defenses in the league? They gave up 30 plus to the Dolphins but 18 is acceptable?

If we left 21 points on the field then the Eagles left 35. They were in cruise control.

Ill answer that. The giants had a really good defense, the packers had 2 good receivers and a good RB and the saints had a really good defense and a good receiver. The two teams that had really good defenses allow the offense not to have to get into shoot outs. The packers were able to do shoot outs and win.

Gee another person comparing non cap years to cap years. Why not compare today to the Landry's Super Bowl years too when there wasn't even free agency then let alone a salary cap.

Goff has 19 TD's and 16 picks. Just 3 more TD's than picks. Prescott who so many here like to trash has 26 TD's and 11 picks or over twice as many TD's than picks. BTW that same Prescott as a rookie set an NFL record for the fewest picks by a rookie QB that started all 16 games with only 4 picks and 23 TD's or almost SIX times more TD's than picks.
