Who do you think would be the best option for the next head coach of the Dallas Cowboys?

Tony Dungy would be a great hire.

I just can't get excited about Josh McDaniels. 11-17 record as a head coach. It seems like everyone who comes from Belichick's system doesn't do well on their own. Charlie Weiss, Romeo Crennel, McDaniels first stint as hc, and also Patricia is struggling in Detroit.

Yes that is disappointing. Was hoping at least one of those guys would have taken the Belichick methods to Victory.

Thanks for the article. I didn't know any of that. Jerry needs to hire him immediately in my opinion. He will represent the star well.

I love that he is essentially the opposite of Garrett. Nothing was given to him and everything he's become is because of himself.

I don't know about promoting someone who has never been a head coach, but I do like Elliot on a personal level.
