LOL no not a stalker, just a long-time observer.

I am neither pro nor anti the hiring of Mike McCarthy and I have previously stated the Cowboys could win a Super Bowl with him at head coach (not something I'd say regarding Jason Garrett) ... but you better have a lot of talent on your team for that to happen.

PS I think there is enough talent on the Cowboys' O but not enough on D for that to happen anytime soon ... in part because Mike never seems to pay sufficient attention to the D (or STs).

At the very least, lifers in the coaching game seem to respect McCarthy an want to work for him.

They are all experienced. It is not like mixing a greybeard with some noob, having someone trying to develop and play off each other.

The comfort comes from the fact that they have seen a lot and I don't think they will fall for the banana in the tailpipe.

Hate this one. He almost single-handedly destroyed the 49ers 2015 season and they paid him $14 million to not come back again. If you want camp cup cake look no further. Anyone who thinks this guy is an upgrade over Marinelli has not been paying attention. This is the same guy who allowed players to Tweet during games and gave social media breaks during practice.

You will be happy to know he won’t be HC here so he won’t be running camp or making rules
