MM had to use that guy as his starting back. He basically only had 1 true stud wr and everyone else was practice squad or UDFA...Rodgers was the only staple of the team. Just imagine what the guy can do with this roster. He's one helluva HC and we are SO lucky and blessed to have him and the fact he wanted to be here speaks volumes. HE ADMIRED THIS TEAM FROM AFAR. His words. I am sold on him as a football coach and a talent evaluator. We would be stupid to not keep that dude here for the rest of his coaching career onward. Best hire JJ AND STEVIE have made since Jimmy Johnson and Norv...and that staff. This is right there on par as far as I'm concerned.Doesnt guarantee we get the desired outcome, but I can say without any doubt, we will be in the convo each year.

YUP THATS true. The guy is basically bunkered in at the hotel that adjoins the star. He's there 24/7. Dude IS hungry like you said. He's been hearing all the nonsense and speculation about how Rodgers carried him at GB...so I think that's been gnawing at him for a year. He's ready and has something to prove and I think he has a chip on his shoulder. Much the same way JJ did..coming from college where no one gave him a chance in hell of succeeding in Dallas. MANY are hoping MM fails...u can see it with the talking heads on TV. Its a bit sick. Its because they hate Jerry,period. THAT SIMPLE. I think MM shaking the apple cart is a healthy thing. I CAN'T WAIT!

Many here at CZ are also hoping he fails. All the habitual haters are frothing at the mouth for new blood to falter. It’s already started.

It does not matter at all if he works 22 hours a day. There is no way in Hates that this team, even with better coaching, can match up right now with
the 49er's or KC. Both teams are markedly better on both sides of the ball than the Cowboys. We have 30 guys who can leave this year and lots of

Amber you’ve been saying this same thing since the day you came to CZ. Eventually you are going to be right and the entire board is going to be happy. What’s funny though is you’re going to “save the date” of this post and bump it just to show your 12 followers that you predicted the entire turnaround.

Here’s the thing Amber. We all want you to be 100% correct. But we’ve been fooled for 25 years. It’s just talk until it actually happens. They have to at least get to The NFCCG before the SB happens. 25 years of losing will create a culture of negativity!

It’s a little early this year for the hope hype, but I get it because of the coaching change. Usually, its February before this exact thread created. That’s bad news for you. You’re going to have 7 long months instead of 6 waiting for most of us to be filled with hope again. But, make no mistake about it, that will happen. It’s the genius of Jerry.
