I'll tell you what, I'd be on the phone with sf right now offering SF Dak for their 3 overall and their first next year and then I'd be calling GB and offering them the 3 for AR and their first. I'd go ahead and take Sewell with our first pick and then just go Defense the rest of the way and I'd roll with Rodgers and that OL for two or three years. I would use those future picks to get my future QB and take my chances and I'd be a better football team for it.

I’d like to see him go to the Vegas Raiders. Chucky and RELAX would make a interesting soap opera.

Some people put themselves into Jerry Jones' GM shoes often but do not adopt his brain at the same time.

Jones committed himself 100% to Dak Prescott late October/early November 2016. Not 99.9%. 100 percent.

Hopefully, Aaron Rodgers will not land in the NFC East IF there is any chance of him exiting Green Bay. The Prescott threads will grow 2X worse than they have been these past five years if that happened.

Rogers doesn't scare me .........lol. Bring it on

Would be crazy if the Niners made a play on Rodgers for the 3rd pick. I would trade a Super Bowl for a young QB.

His dead money cap hit is North of 33m if he’s traded. Not going to happen.

It could happen. Rodgers has said he's not playing for GB so basically, depending on the language of the contract, they either have to move him or just have the cap locked up over the next few years. I mean, I agree that they don't have to trade Rodgers but they get nothing for him if they don't and the longer they wait, the less they get so they could eat the 38, spread it over three years and make a trade that gets them real value. It's a lot but they already have their replacement at QB under a rookie deal so they could do it I think.

You sir are correct. Sadly, Jerruh in his limitless stupidity signed a contract with Dak which has a no-trade clause. We are stuck with Dak and a mediocre team for the next 4 years. Also, Rodgers would never come play for Big-Mac.

Great now Jerry has to top Rodgers tonight.

My guess, he moves up to the #1 pick, and drafts Manziel from the Canadian football league or where ever that guy is these days. Jerry would be on the front page in every sports page.

Sadly, you are right but I suspect that Dak would go to SF. Just a guess but its a good market, they are probably further down the line then we are, I could see him make that move.

On the larger point, you are right. Our FO just does crap I don't understand all the time. Could just be me but I don't believe that.

I love your style! This would be old Wildcatter Jerry. Not the cadaver now.

He’s not going anywhere.

He demanded a trade....they killed the trade
He asked for an extension they asked for a restructure
then they offered an extension and he told them no I am leaving.

Sounds to me like he is out in GB. If the trade thing was a leverage situation to get an extension done it worked and then he said no because he wants out.

The packers are going to come off terrible no matter what happens unless they win without him.

If true, this can throw a major wrench in this draft.
I'm sure the Packers will try to do what they can to keep him. But Rodgers has always been a bit of a crybaby

I agree. Great player. Big time primadonna. They won’t go any farther with him. They must have a feeling on Love. If they don’t like him, trade the baby, draft a new QB, and never look back.
