I see much more of an issue when we lose games where our defense holds the opponents to 12, 13, and 17 points and a QB that is being paid 40 million a year doesn't throw a single TD pass in those games combined and we lose as a result.

It's not like this is 3 games in his entire career we're talking about. This is 3 games in 1 season. A season that we finished 8-8 in and missed the playoffs. I challenge you to find me 3 games in a single season where Rodgers or Mahomes didn't throw a single TD pass, let alone lose games where your defense holds opponents to 12, 13 and 17 points.

Tom Brady in 2019 had 3 games of zero Touchdowns........You know what their record was? 12-4 that year....guess what the Patriots records were when he threw 0 touchdowns in a game? 3-0......

Checkmate.

You literally just said he was offered 30m multi year deal, it wasn't till after his injury he got 1 yr deals.

Ware retired and people immediately wanted him back in some coaching capacity.
Cowboys also have had numerous former players on the staff in some form.

He decline the offer. Cry about being cut by the Cowboys then sign a 1 year deal with the Saints. He didn't play for the Ravens until afterwards.

I seriously have no clue why people are so upset about Tebow getting a one year deal.

Who really cares? If he succeeds, it was worth it... If he doesn't, it won't matter.

I think the best way to end this debate is for Dez to shut his mouth, put on the pads and try to make a team. I don't get the connection Dez is making that Tebow signing with Jax is keeping him or anyone else out of the league.

How is Tebow signing with Jacksonville keeping Dez, or any other player, out of the league? I need someone to explain that to me. Tebow asked for a workout and got one. Why can't Dez do that? Kap asked for a workout and the NFL obliged him then he changed everything around and made it difficult. There's been a lot of comparisons between Tebow and Kap, and I'm not sure why there's comparisons to a QB and a TE. Apples to oranges. So my question is did Tebow schedule a workout and then right when it was ready to start get on a plane and fly away to an isolated practice field and do the workout? Or did Tebow just do the workout? On any job in the world if you get an interview and you make the interview complicated for the possible employer then there's a good chance you won't get the job. And when did Dez, or Kap, decide their old position wasn't working for him and try and change positions?

Again how is Tebow getting signed keeping Dez and Kap out of the league. I don't get the connection. The connection I do get is Meyer bringing in a player he knows. Coaches do that. Quinn has done that. Why isn't Dez crying about the players Quinn brought in?

Tebow is terrible and receives favoritism.
Water is wet.
Dez is graceless, envious and a classless blabber mouth.
It takes one to know one. Can't argue with an expert in the matter of graceless, envious, and classless blabber mouth.

Judge not that you be not Judged.

Even with him not being able to run a route as you say, he still was one of the best wr in nfl history.
Yikes. I really appreciated Dez’s ability at his peak but let’s not get carried away here.

Dez will never make the HoF and only you and Dez are likely to call him “one of the best we in nfl history”

Last time I checked Dez last playoff game was 2016 9 catches 132 yards (off memory) one year after New England cut Tebow. Collin Kaepernick took a 49ers team to the Super Bowl the year Tebow was cut by the Eagles, after being cut by the Jets, and New England.

Dez did get a job as a WR in the NFL during the regular season and played in regular season games without training camp during a COVID pandemic. Where was Tim Tebow after he quit on the Mets?

Dez and Kaepernick do not have to try to change positions when they played at All Pro, Pro Bowl, playoffs, and Super Bowl levels at their current positions. Tebow has only provided one playoff win that was a luck completion to a Pro Bowl WR. Tim Tebow completed a career awful 48% of his passes. No team or coach can survive that QB play. So Tim Tebow quit on NY, NE, and the Eagles who all wanted him to change positions. Now he gets another chance to do something he should have done 8 years ago after make 0 effort to play in the NFL since 2015?

That is why current players, ex-players, and majority of sports commentators have express contempt on Urban Meyer, who has issues with bias and morals (see Zach Smith, Aaron Hernandez, Chris Doyle, etc.), signing of Tim Tebow.

Please tell me the 8 year commitment Tim Tebow has had to play in the NFL after being cut because he would not change positions versus Dez Bryant and Colin Kaepernick? After being cut by New England, completing 37% of his passes in preseason, Tebow said "I will remain in relentless pursuit of continuing my lifelong dream of being an NFL quarterback." I guess he forgot to say "until 2015".

Dez last year put in the work in the off season working with Dak, Mahomes, and got a job with the Ravens. What work Tim Tebow was doing to play in the NFL?

That is the issue and your explanation.

Never could justify all the Dez hate on here. Yeah it pissed me off when he carried the ball like a loaf of bread, or when he was cramping up on the sidelines. However, he spent the majority of his time here as an absolute warrior, and I appreciate his efforts.

Hes also a better pass catcher than Tebow, but this is and always has been a good old boys league. It's about who you know.
