Wasn’t that PI on AB in the end zone?

This is the lonely ref thread because we won. Lol.

On the play itself, it wasn't PI. As a DB you can put your hands on a receiver but you can't interfere with the catch by pulling a jersey and the other obvious stuff. Because Brown didn't cause the fall of Toney by a push or nudge, they considered it incidental. Good non-call.
Yes
He was only on his back so much becaues he slipped on the break, making the play look akward.

Ok Joe one last time . Refs NFL 101 it’s at least a 50 50 call when DB gets tangled up with WR flags fly like pigeons. Not an “ accusation “ but an observation . This is an NFL game not a felony ok ?
You are saying the refs were wrong so how 50 50 was it? You want to argue about something that went in the history books the other way. How smart is that?

Well we’ve heard from the professor now . If you question a non call that goes the Cowboys way the crying towels come out. Such a sensitive lad. If you don’t think officiating is inconsistent then you must be a beginner to watching the NFL. Come back and troll in 5 yrs let us know about officiating.
I have my answer.
Clearly another miserable troll who needs friends in his life.

You voiced your opinion and no one agreed with your hot take. To keep posting and arguing in this thread with people that don't agree with you is embarrassing.

It wasn't a non call. It was a non penalty which was said by professional analysts and the former head of officiating.

Troll on.

Good no call. I'll be honest, the way he slipped I was almost certain he was taking a fall in the hopes of a call and refreshed downs.

The miserable people you encounter on this board . They disagree and it’s bricks. Funny had other posters who agreed . You need to read opposite views, get a life troll. The world is not against the beloved Cowboys

I know some think the refs have it in for Dallas which is probably stretching it but in the opposite direction wasn’t that PI on AB in the end zone he seemed to be all over Toney’s back ? Would have given the Giants fresh downs at the one .

Buckaroo up in the booth got the Fox ref expert for his opinion and he thought Toney’s foot gave out and it was a good “ non call “ . Huh ? Really . That’s one that went Dallas way in a big way.

Replay to me it looks as if WR lost footing making the cut and fell.

That’s a good take as he’s slipping Brown falling on him . Glad it wasn’t called , everyone time you see contact especially in the end zone seems to draw the flag

My 1st reaction was PI, only after seeing replay it was easy to see that Brown never turned him, the WR lost traction coming out of the break. Key is not turning the WR, having a hand on him they seldom call.

no.

PI was when Toney shoved AB before making the first big catch down the sideline.

incidental trip made both players fall a good no call IMO it was closes and if called i wouldn't have been upset but some plays contact by both payer cause then to fall on each other is NOT PI but gets called anyway,,about time we have some calls go our way,,

100%. Until that pick 6 Brown was having arguably the worst game of the season.

Blatant pass interference. Easy call.

Thanks for the clip. Great Angle . I’ve seen PI called for much less but later on was really happy Brown had the pick 6. To be called a “ Giants homer “ for asking if the Cowboys caught a break with officials shows how shallow some of the posters are here. Anything even questioning part of the game sends people into hysterics.

No worries. When I enter a typical ref whine thread when we lose and post videos like this to show people have no reason to whine, I get called a ref relative, not a real fan, etc. These are the same people who claim to "just want to see a fair game called," then when I show a particular call that went against us was called fair, they get upset, lol. Once I got called an Eagles fan. That was a tough one. I cried in the shower for over an hour to wash that thought away.

Here is the play. Brown puts his hands on Toney a split second before Toney attempts his turn and loses his footing. There was nothing extra from Brown to cause the fall.

AB-Toney-R.gif

LOL............you are completely blind. Brown puts both hands on him and then he instantly falls down because he is pushed. Some of you people REALLY can convince yourself of anything.

Brown even extends his arms while pushing him down.

“Slipped” is a bit generous.

I thought it was a straight-up flop by Toney.

I think it started as a slip and once he felt himself going down he turned it into a flop. Believe me, nobody flops in the end zone.. Especially on a turn out route where the DB is playing you inside. Meaning you're already open as soon as you make your turn. It would have been an easy TD if not for the slip.

Most of our fans are unabashed hypocrites. All you have to do is ask yourself how these same posters would have reacted if this happened to a Cowboys receiver.

Happens every week. There’s crying and lamenting over the supposed league wide conspiracy between the refs and NFL to do us in, but when we get obvious calls in favor of us they all of a sudden become forensic experts.

I do think the play in question was a good non-call by the ref. Not sure if Toney flopped or not, but it didn’t look to me like Brown tripped him up.

I completely agree with this. And I'd be guilty. I truly believe it was a good NO CALL. But if the roles were reversed, I'd dang sure blame the refs. Lol

Someone clearly wants to argue this morning. Lol.

Brown only extended to keep a hand on Tony because Toney's torso was going down after he slipped. The question of the extension causing him to go down is easy to determine so answer this. Does Toney's foot slip before or after you see Brown's hand extend? Yes or no?

Daniel Jones initiated the helmet to helmet I posted that it was the right non call
It wasn't the right no call. It should have been a penalty on Danny Jones, it gets called on offensive players as well as defensive. You forget when Zeke got called for it before......... but that isn't the narrative you are trying to talk so doesn't count
