There is a thread where people are asking what Belichick will take away. It should be obvious, the blue print is already out there. The Bucs took away the run, put the ball in Dak's hands.

We already know what the outcome was to that game.
Yes our kicker missed the win.

Of course any time a qb has 19 pass attempts in a game, it's usually because they are winning and are running the clock out.

You guys still respond to this tripe?

Since when are facts tripe? Now you may not like that fact that the Cowboys are 28-0 when Dakota throws less we run, but it’s not tripe........it’s merely something that y’all don’t want to acknowledge nor defend

Why not embrace it like the rest of us have and admit that this teams offense and success are based on foremost running the rock and having timely passes to compliment it?

It’s not that hard.....just substitute Romo for Prescott and I bet it will come quite easily.......and of course put that smile back on yo face

What's up, bros?

6:35 of the video. This is indisputable. Less of Rayne Dakota means more winning.

Like a true 40 million dollar franchise QB.

That's the first attribute you look for. Someone who needs to be carried.

Cowboys!

Dak is our qb now, and for the foreseeable future. He is completing close to 75% of passes he's thrown, and he we aren't losing because of him.

Odd thing to complain about, especially at this time, is the play of Dak Prescott.

Our offense was potent last year too but we didn’t win because we gave up 30 points a game and couldn’t stop anybody.
The cows averaged 25-27 points per game last years.
When you look at the 2019-2020 scores, it was feast or famine for them...for the most part.
But we generally know why the team struggled last year: bad defense, thus they had to pass more to try to come from behind to win.
.
According to Herd, cows record is lopsidedly bad, when Dak attempts more than 30 passes...or was it 32 times. Anyway, the point is, if you can run, it's easier to win games..... I guess because the passing game requires more coordination, analysis and processing....more prone to mistakes...

Not really sure why anything Cowherd said could be deemed as an insult to Dak. Nothing said was disparaging to Dak.

Because those are empty stats. Are you saying all Dallas has to do is run say 32 times and say 25 passes? If that is the case then we would just open the game up and just run it time after time regardless if the defense is stuffing the run or not. It is win because the numbers says so. Dallas is running the ball but watching defense they continue to keep safeties back and as safety moves on and defense is in single high safety Dak attacks it. Dallas is mixing it up with passing on 1st and running on 1st. But right now if we are ripping off great yardage on runs leaving us in 2nd and manageable then of course the offense will continue to run. However this team has shown the ability if you are willing to bring up safeties in run support we can hit that for a big play quickly. Looking at Dak he is putting up 3 or more TD passes every game. I'll gladly keep running the ball if you choose not to adjust to stopping the run, once choose to do so Dak can and will cadence out of the run and throw the ball and has done so at around 75% clip.

The point is ALSO if your defense can’t stop the other team, you can’t win.

Despite what Cowturd might think (or is intentionally not saying), defense plays a considerable role in winning as well.

It’s not as simple as he - and you - are trying to make it seem.

When you are up double digits it is easy to say this. We could not run vs the Bucs and I don't see that changing. The game is through the air, luckily our heavy turnover ratio has given us the capability to just pound the ball. Last year we were always behind and it didn't help that Zeke was terrible as well, so we had no choice but to throw the ball.

I'd be curious to see the turnover differential in the games where Dak was tossing the ball 30+ times.

"But Stash the record says all we need to do is run the ball 30+ times".....what vaccum do these people live in? Seriously to literally ignore how games go that make a QB throw it 50+ times and be able to say "what the hell we should've been running the ball while we were 20 points down in the 3rd"
