You missed the point, good job!Thank you we agree 10 mil a year it is.

I also thought I read that Dak makes about $5M/yr on endorsements.
Just no. Dak is going to get around 30 million a year. He's better than 70% of QB's in the league.Ryan Fitzpatrick is currently on a 1 year deal of 3.3m per annum, mostly unguaranteed. He's a free agent at the end of this season.
Prescott is no better than Fitzpatrick. If we can get similar production out of 3.3m per annum from a Fitzpatrick or similar veteran QB, then why pay Dak 20m per annum? Why even pay him $10m per annum.
Best option for 2019 right now is to keep Dak on his rookie contract and sign Fitzpatrick to a 1year deal as backup/competition. Assess again at end of 2019 and unless Dak has pro bowl numbers, roll the dice with a first round draft pick in 2020.
why would his agent agree to that size contract. No agent would allow thatHold out lol he's not that stupid. But if he's smart he'll take whatever contact he's offered i would Guess 15 mil a year. No won else would pay him 10 mil a year.
30M no maybe like 25MJust no. Dak is going to get around 30 million a year. He's better than 70% of QB's in the league.
Dude is clutch as they come. As a rookie he out dueled Aaron rodgers down 3 scores. Stats don't tell the whole picture.
Dak is the type of guy you think that makes you think the Cowboys will always have a punchers chance at winning no matter the team.
If it was me I'd do 4 years 80m30M no maybe like 25M
Always to be kept in mind for Cowboy contracts. Being on the Cowboys ups your endorsement value. Jerry should be pressing that point in negotiations.
I know it sounds mean but the truth is if we were smart we let him hit free agency and then get him back for about 8 million a year that's what above average NFL quarterbacks get
Jesus at the utter stupidity...
It might be in Dak's best interest to play out his contract.
He would be in a much better bargaining position after a season that proves he can and does improve his game. A great season, showing marked improvement would catch the attention of other GM's looking for a QB.
I want to throw up
If any QB should take less in the league its Dak. He needs a good team around him to be successful. He isnt a type of QB that can carry a team. If he gets greedy and wants to much then the money cant be used elsewhere and he will suffer (as with the fans)
Jerry wouldnt want to let him go and then have him end up on a team like the giants. He'd be seen as the biggest fool in the world.Or he can cash in on what he has ALREADY shown and ensure that his pay is in line with his peers. What the hell is this..."You need 4 full years" nonsense. You got 3 seasons of Dak wherein EACH SEASON he SAVED that season...especially season 1, when the QB couldn't even make it past the first pass of the first preseason game in SEA...and season 2, when the star RB got suspended for 6 games and yet Dak was able to hold it together long enough to STILL have a winning season.
Time to pay the man his worth.
They're very emotional and feminine in their thought process. If any QB should take less in the league it should be Dak? Holy hell what are you talking about? You understand that for the past 3 seasons the Cowboys have been paying him about 5000% below market rate right?
It must be opposite day. If any QB that should take MORE in the league its Dak.

You're a fool. But you're right about dakAnd you are quite moronic in yours...
Saved last season?
You have very low expectations it seems.
Right now his peers are the bottom rung of NFL starters.
