Witten was a fantastic player for a very long time and deserves respect for that. Some people try to bash him for being stuck playing in the Garrett era and not having a ring, but you can't seriously blame the TE for a team's fortunes.

He's not close to being that guy anymore though. He's so far past his prime you couldn't see it from here with a telescope.

Twice he was yelling at Kellen Moore who has no clue what to do when the defense surprises him.

You guys are blaming the wrong Jason. It's JG's fault for bringing back Witten and allowing him to play all these snaps. Before season started, Witt said he didn't mind taking a lesser role and do whatever the coaches ask him to do. JG is the reason he's getting more snaps/targets than he should be getting.

Not sure how this conclusion can be drawn. Jarwin makes plays almost every game he's given extended snaps in.

he’s not performing well this year, but his final year he was a top 10 TE still.

Witten came back because he thought this team could win a sb. No idea why he thought they but ya. Not happening for him unfortunately.
