I’m just hoping I care how they do again by the time the next season comes around. Usually I do.

get to the NFC Championship or he is a failure!
If he cant get this team past the div round, he isnt worth keeping around.
I think I could get the team past div round, and I have no experience !

Mike is walking in to a good situation, the kind that demands instant results.
Every one of us knows dallas should have made the playoffs, and could beat the seahawks, phil , maybe minn, and with just a decent coach
should have been in NFC Championship this year, not win it but at least get there, they had enough talent.

So after draft players added and a couple FA, they should be able to get at least that far.

It's an even numbered year, so....

Honestly, I'd expect a bounce back year with Garrett. For me, making the playoffs in consecutive seasons would be more impressive than a season record. Lots of variables affect winning and coaches are only one part of that. It takes a large sample to see their impact. Not one season. I generally like the hire, though.

With this team and our new HC. Probably 10-6 and the playoffs

I don't think the draft will have much stock into what we do. Unless they get a game changing come in and contribute safety or defensive tackle.....which they very well could get if they actually target one and don't talk themselves out of one.

9-7. Wildcard team. Eliminated in the first round of the playoffs by Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers as he points and giggles at our offensive playcalling.

I think we will at least make it to the NFCC. I think McCarthy will make a world of difference. Though, I voted Super Bowl because I think we can get there.

My thoughts with a vote for Super Bowl because McCarthy and Nolan can help us there. Especially if we get some good signings.
