i think he likes blake and the team, he just doesnt seem to like vinny, and i cant blame him. they change a coach and i just dont see him leaving. the only way he leaves IMO is if blake gets hurt seriously again.

WCF here we come......wooohoooo

Clippers are goin fishin with Kenny.

And now I dont have to watch Chris Fall flop his way through games until next October/November.

BTW, I cannot stand when the defenders are running down the court and Fall runs in front of them and stops.....that should be an offensive foul.

i think if they equal this year he stays. it shouldnt be hard to replicate this year if they can get a decent coach and if (big if) the lakers dont do anything

Vinny is a decent coach....they need to keep Vinny for a few more years and try to run the same system. you cant keep changing coaches every offseason.

you know, let me preface this by saying, i LOVE the city of san antonio....but chuck is right, lots of big people there! cant blame them though, the food is fantastic! i gained like 15 pounds when i had to go to UTSA my freshman year! (the beer probably had something to do with that too :D )

i kid with vinny, he is a decent coach, but no one ever got anywhere with a decent coach.

well, thats probably true, but i sure as heck cant thing of any. think about this list...

rick carlisle
phil jackson
doc rivers
greg popovich
pat riley
larry brown
rudy tomjonovich

those are the coaches that have won the title the last 20 years, those are all at LEAST really good coaches, with all but carlisle and maybe doc being all time great coaches.

so, in the NBA, i think you REALLY need a good coach. there have been instances in the NFL, mainly us in 95 with barry switzer, that won it with a decent coach, but i really cant think of any in the NBA, but i dont know much about the NBA before the 20 year period i mentioned.

I don't know why, but I have a feeling the Lakers are gonna win the next two games, but lose game 7.

you better hope OKC doesnt go up quickly, because bynum is of the mentality that in closeout games, you should quit if the other team plays hard and gets a lead!:laugh2:

quick nugget about the great timmy D, he is now 4 blocks short of second place for all time playoff blocked shots (hakeem) and 8 short of tying the all time record held by kareem! he is averaging about 1.5 BPG so at this rate, he should pass kareem in game 2 of the nba finals :D

Clippers needs a shooter. Blake was left wide open constantly and wouldnt shoot and when he did he sucked. lol. Well at least we will have a good WCF with OKC and Spurs.
