The NBA will always have biased referee's and star treatment as long is David Stern is the commish. It's pretty ridiculous. I love watching the players in the NBA and am a fan, but it is by far the worst officiated and biased league in the US. I feel like many of the refs are betting under the table in this league.

Really dirty play tonight. Haslem should've been ejected. Absolutely disgusting officiating tonight. Then Pittman elbowing Stevenson was just flat out dirty.

If they were on the Lakers you would be defending them.

Yes I agree Kobe Bryant's supporting cast performance was a joke. Absolutely disgraceful. Felt like 2006 again. Dude scores 42 and we still lose by double digits. Gotta get that man some help. He's done so much for us that we owe it to him to give him the necessary supporting cast for him to win ring #6. Trade Gasoft for Derrick Williams and Michael Beasley. Dump Sessions and sign Steve Nash. Dump the clown and hire SVG.

Mike Brown, for all his flaws, isn't the problem. The problem is that LA's roster is full of average players and guys who only play well when they feel like it.

I don't see why not. Minnesota isn't very high on either Williams or Beasley. They'd also love the trio of Rubio, Gasol, and Love.

Minny would trade beasly, hell they almost did trade him to the lakers before the deadline for only the trade exemption that the lakers got for the odom trade! but i doubt they would give up williams after only 1 year! even for gasol.

by the way C&LF, it might interest you to hear that ive heard rumors that sloan wants to coach again. now THAT would be a great fit for the lakers, he is no nonsense, and has a good enough rep to garner respect from kobe and bynum

So Im excited about the WCF. Dirk said on Galloway he would pick Spurs by a hair but its way too close too call. I agree. I think if Ibaka can guard Duncan better than Perkins OKC may put KD at the 4 and play small ball a bit. That would be hard to contain.These teams are so close. I didnt know Ginosey didnt play in any of their meetings this year. I wonder who will guard Westbrook,he is on fire. I wonder who will guard Parker,he is on fire too. Gonna be a dogfight. I give Spurs the edge only cause of Homecourt. I had predicted Spurs vs. cHeat in finals months ago. If cHeat make Finals I make money but if they win.....jackpot. NBA playoffs are too long. Finally Conference finals are coming around.

Spurs in 7. Spurs/Celtics Finals. Two best power forwards of this era go at it. KG vs Duncan a matchup for the ages. Both have found the fountain of youth.

Also NBA defensive teams were announced. 1st team is CP3, Kobe, Tony Allen, Ibaka, and Dwight.

What a joke. Kobe is my favorite player, but I even know he didn't deserve it. Where's Iggy or how about the DPOY Chandler?

Sorry Dirk >> KG at least offensively. I kinda wouldnt mind Dallas getting KG as a FA. He has played center well this year. KG next to Dirk is better than Chandler and Dirk.

Ibaka is a BEAST.Parker will get swatted many times this series.

There's more to the game than offense. Defensively KG is one of the all time greats.

Better scorer. Dirk could play the 3 if he wanted. Kobe himself said Dirk is the toughest guy to cover.Duncan is a center a lot anyways. He is listed as a PF but plays the 5 a lot.Duncan is all low post. Totally different game style.KG is better defensively than both.

Duncan is the MUCH better scorer (in his prime) the only thing dirk is better at than duncan is shooting. Duncan abused people with his post moves and passed to open people when he was doubled, i dont know how that isnt better than a guy with a nice jump shot and thats about it until last year when he finally started backed smaller people down
