Murray and Fleury, my 2 favorite goalies begin the postseason by throwing up a big fat 0 for their opponents.

Sharks playoff kick-off!!!!! Up 3-0 on the Ducks right now at the start of the 3rd period. Great start for the Sharks but I am expecting a good series!

Kings missing 3 defensemen. Doughty suspension was complete and utter bulljive. Fattenberg and Gravel in place of Muzzin and Doughty.

Loved seeing the Ducks get thrashed! Looks like Kane was a fantastic add for the Sharks

Big Flyer's fan... Dating back to the back to back cups in the mid 70's.

Very pleased with the team this year.

Getting 98 points and making the playoffs was a nice gift... Didn't expect it due to their youth, the lack of talent in lines 3 & 4, some questions on defense and the goalie injury issues over the last part of the season.

I don't expect them to beat Pittsburgh but even if they don't it won't be a crusher... This team is on the rise.

Giroux had an incredible season, Mike. Ghost is a fantastic #1D, on a sweetheart deal, too. I called it when he signed it and some were questioning it. Giroux, along with Hall and Kopitar are my top 3 finalists for Hart. MacKinnon fell off too much at the end there for the Avs, and they still made it in.

It would be so wonderful if you guys knocked out PIT. Love the team and their all-world players, but their fans are obnoxious preteens coughBiggemscough

Giroux had an incredible season, Mike. Ghost is a fantastic #1D, on a sweetheart deal, too. I called it when he signed it and some were questioning it. Yeah, Mike, they need a goalie. No one really gave them a chance. Good young team, with legit star power, but probably not ready for Crosby and Malkin and Kessel and...

Someone (TOR, TB, BOS) is gonna give PIT a good fight in the East, tho. Gonna be tough for them.

Yeah they have been nothing less than impressive. I can't help but feel like they will eventually lose a gear but they just keep chugging along and proving me wrong.

Yes, the Pens rebounded after a horrible game 2...the Flyers put it on em pretty darned good in that 2nd game. Murray played out of his mind in the first period, keeping the team in it.....then Sid the Kid showed up and showed out......it was awesome. Now we have home ice back....but I want this thing over in 5, so Murray and Crosby need to continue their hot play......btw, the Flyers played stupid today, losing their cool and getting lots of silly, foolish penalties. They did themselves no favors with their lack of poise.

I'm loving what I'm seeing from Vegas. They're aggressive, and that's good. Is there any way that we can get their coach to coach our team as well?
