Welcome to the Cheese ClubI love mild, medium, sharp, extra sharp, and white cheddar, swiss, baby swiss, muenster, monterrey jack, mozzarella, gouda, edam, parmesan, Oaxaca, queso fresco, cream cheese and cottage cheese. I am not sure if I like Asiago, Fontina, or smoked Gouda. I cannot recall having any of those by themselves. I can tolerate American cheese, especially on a burger. Velveeta is ok with mac and cheese or queso dip.
I do not like manchego or brie.
