Ohh you better believe it Onion soup with crusty cheese on top yum yum
as for cheese mmm too many to count but from the top of my head Gouda..Cheddar...Emmental ...Monterey Jack..Feta cheese .Bulgarian cheese (Sirene).. and Halloumi ( you can pan fry it)
Frig it, Fonz! Let's turn this into a cheese thread! You're making muh hungray! :muttley:

I love French onion soup! It should always be Gruyère on top! Sadly, a lot of restaurants use muenster.

Every restaurant that offers it, I give it a shot. Always! :)

Most restaurants always on EL Cheapo side ( from cans).. Best make it at home or find some fine restaurants .
It is not just the cheese type but the stock will make it or break it.

We are not turning this to a food talk it is just an intermission between games .
:)

What a disaster for the Preds. Pens came out incredibly physical tonight! I'll hand it to Sullivan, he had his boys prepared.

Gonna take a monumental shift in momentum for the Preds to tie this. They're losing in every facet of the game.

So far it's been a homer series...maybe that will change in game 6, I can't figure Pittsburgh out, I had them written off in game 7 against Washington, and I thought they were in trouble after game 4 in Nashville, then they come out and play this way...no idea what to expect in game 6 Trouty...

Same, Lukin. Rinne is like 0-5 in Pit with a GAA over 5.00. Just horrible.

Still thinking this goes 7, but Rinne really needs to get a grip in PPGP Arena!

I agree, I think it's going 7, Rinne does not look good in Pittsburgh for some reason. I thought Pittsburgh really came out flying tonight, maybe Nashville was surprised...

I saw that with Sid, plus Malkin and Kessel have scored...if they get going it'll be tough for Nashville going forward...
Yeah, Lukin, my original "momentum" post was in regards to this game, when it was 4-0, not necessarily the series.

We've seen the Preds get thrashed here games 1 and 2, then go home and mash up the Pens. Sid, Malkin, Kessel -- all are stepping up huge, definitely agree. Sid, especially, is playing with hellfire under his skates.

Game 6 will be fun, Lukin. I'm sure the Preds will be pumped up after this embarrassment.

Let the catfish fly :)

What a great game by the pens.....took it to em on both ends. It was an absolutely dominant performance. The preds pulled the typical blowout cheapshot nonsense out of their bag, but it of no consequence. They had nothing for the Pens. I am actually quite shocked, too. I mean they played so hard the last 2 games, but tonight, the entire team acted like james harden in game 6 vs the spurs. They were completely lifeless.......now back to the opry for game 6.

Go Pens

Is Bonino gonna play? Have you heard anything? He's been a game-time decision for three straight games.

That's true, I expect Nashville to be much, much better in game 6...game7?
