On one hand, I think if he is healthy, he could be very good for this offense.

On the other hand, one thing Dallas has seemingly done right the last several years is have a good locker room. With the question of his OBJ's immaturity being an issue, you definitely risk that.

I honestly would rather he sign OBJ than trade for DHop, they would both cost about the same, but DHop would cost a draft pick.
I think if OBJ is signed, it would be the last free agency move for the Cowboys before the draft, and I think the first pick would definitely be an OG like O'Cyrus Torrence, he would give a lot of strength to the OL, for me he would be the ideal pick, although there could also be the options of: Trento Simpson LB, Anton Harrison (if Steele does not return), Siaki Ika NT ( who would be the missing piece to take this defense to another level and the NT that many have been asking for years, although it is clear that the cowboys have not given due importance to this position, this should be the time to select a NT). Tryler Steen OT/G, Jahmyr Gibbs RB, Bryan Bresee DT, Steve Avila, C/G/RT, Mazi Smith DT, Drew Sanders LB, Darnell Washington TE, Jack Campbell LB, and in the second round, players like Jonathan Mingo WR, Credic Tillman WR (I think Gallup can be cut in 2024, to free up a lot of money, Mingo or Tillman would be a good replacement) Tanner McKee QB, Mike Morris DE, Ryan Hayes G/OT, Noah Sewell LB, Nolan Smith DE, Kelee Ringo CB, emmanuel Forbes CB, with what the cowboys have done and if they sign OBJ in free agency, the picks become more specific and with a lot of options,

None of Odell’s ex teammates have publicly came out and said he wasnt a good teammate. Not 1. Sterling Sheppard, Von Miller, and Saquon have damn near begged him to sign with their teams.

This isnt the swagger-less Jason Garrett-led Cowboys. Micah, Ceedee, and Trevon all want him on the team

Which is fine, I just worry about some of his little outbreaks that he has (the net, the recent airplane).

Who knows? Maybe a little attitude is what this team needs?

I will say this, with Lamb, Gallup, and OBJ if Dak cant get it done then we know beyond a shadow of a doubt we need a new QB..............no excuses with this WR core, NONE!!!
So 1 healthy guy and 3 knee surgeries between the other is your barometer for Dak?

This would be a bad move just based on the amount of drama and distraction this would be.

CowboysZone LOYAL Fan
Not a fan of his, but if they did I would hope it is incentive laden which allows him to make good $$'s but he has to play x amount of game, have x recieving yards and TD's.

Kincaid stats are over blown by a game vs a horrible usc defense. A 3rd of his yrds came in that one game. 630 yrds in 11 games isn't really that good. And he played against some of the worst defenses in college football. The skills are there, but the production is over blown. Case of another player showing out in underwear. In pads he's eh. People who get pac 12 games know this.

Then you got another guy like Luke Musgrave who is so overrated its crazy. Kincaid has more yrds this yr than Musgrave had in 4 yrs.

These guy's are Gavin Escobar clones. Stop watching highlight videos on YouTube. These videos that are like 2mins on avg and probably gave all their plays in that one video

His first ACL surgery was botched and he still looked great in the Superbowl until the knee went out. That's the reason the Rams got him on the cheap, the knee was in bad shape. The 2nd ACL surgery allegedly repaired the damage from the first surgery. He might be better than ever.
He’s so far behind his recovery schedule I would be shocked if he’s ever the same again.

Makes sense, they really loved him when he came to the Star during the season, he went to a Mavs game with the players, and Jerry even talked about how much he loved his momma, LOL!

Now that he had his workout and showed the Cowboys he is healthy again the two sides can work out a deal.

This is why they have been restructuring contracts to free up cap space.
The Cowboys skipped his workout, I am confused....

If they sign obj Dak will be the kicking net by game 4. OBJ will cancer Dak with his awful passes and he will call him out on every social platform. OBJ will end 4. I guess I should be hoping it happens although it's not good for the team.
Sounds like that’s what you want to happen.
