So either the Boys could obtain a player like Atogwe for a lot less, but on the flip side expect a lot less in trading one of their own players (rumored - Barber, Spears, Crayton, Carpenter). I don't forsee any players being traded, but just saying.
This will definitely be an interesting draft w/a lot of vets being traded with the uncapped season imo.

In his past 29 games, PFF has given him a positive rating in ONE game. That's atrocious.

Funny, most of the people in Dallas were dubbing Roy Williams as the second coming as soon as we acquired him. Hell, the guy has turned in two pathetic years in Dallas and people are still standing behind the guy. Add to that the fact that we gave up FAR MORE to acquire the waste of oxygen. I think the Eagles did a damn good job getting Sims for a fifth.hornitosmonster;3354746 said:http://cowboyszone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=165799&highlight=witherspoon
Remember Will Witherspoon? Same guy, different name...

The truth hurts, you can knock them all you want. But at least they didn't get raped by the freaking Lions for a below-average player.dbair1967;3354897 said:

It's laughable to suggest that the Eagles somehow screwed up trading for Sims while only giving up a fifth. We gave up a nut to get a guy who had a single 1,000 yard season under his belt. Now, he's on a far superior team and he's performing far worse. We like to laugh at everyone else and their moves, but we screw things up just as often. Our legendary trades began with Galloway and it continues with Roy Williams.dbair1967;3354902 said:He wasnt a below average player when we traded for him.
He's had two subpar years here, but he was not a below average player when we got him.
There isnt a team in football that would have called Ernie Smis a better, or even equal player to Roy Williams. It's laughable to even suggest it.
