Exactly right. We have no choice but to play unproven players because we're too cheap the sign players who have been successful in the NFL.

I like this group of rookies, but let's see how they do first before dropping to our knees for the front office.

I can’t remember the last time the Cowboys started the season with 4 rookie starters and those are some critical positions. It’s a testament to the scouting department working along with the coaches and of course ultimately the GM.

There will be some growing pains. I’m not predicting a Cowboys loss, but if they do it’s not the end of the world although many here will call for Jerry to tank after the first 3 and out. So be patient early in the season. It’s not how you start, it’s how you finish.

Until these rookies play their first NFL season, the jury is still out.

Our roster is not as good as previous years. However, if we get a bit lucky and don't get any major injuries to the team we can at least be contenders.
