49er fans at the stadium

If you buy season tickets please be fan and go to the games and Represent. You want to sell? be a fan and sell to Cowboys fans. Pathetic display.

I agree but I bet most of those sales are done online at places like Ticketmaster or Stub Hub where you don't know who you're selling to. That's a big part of it.

Garbage... But in fairness we took over Candle Stick back in 11. I was there so I saw it

there was a whole lot of blue in candlestick that day...mentioned it to the wife and kids this afternoon while we were sickened by the crowd noise watching this debacle unfold before our eyes.

I have a feeling the reason why so many of our opponent's fans are at the home games is because our stadium is so nice that people are willing to travel from all over the country to experience it. Also because we're the most popular team. And specifically this week, because the 49ers have such a large fan base.

Any one think if the registers are ringing Jerry cares what jersey the payer is wearing?

true dat..

he built a convention center/ concert venue/monster truck/motorcycycle/high school /circus /shopping mall/fine art/boxing arena.
if nascar could fit a racetrack in there ...you best bet it would be the jerryworld 500 in there.
oh yea..did i mention the cowboys play here too?

I know. A real fan would sell local to fans heck, I know 100 people that might buy one. Support you're team with pride instead of bashing Jerry when the fans are disgracing all of us. Peace:starspin:

this happens whenever we play another team with a large fan base. Green Bay, Pittsburgh, etc

in fairness though, as has been said, we often do the same thing on the road

It was disgusting.

And it's weak to blame season ticket holders. Cowboy fans can buy on the Ticket Exchange and Stub Hub, too, you know.

We have a pathetic and unknowledgeable fan base. Period.

In fairness, Jerry not firing Garrett soured a lot of fans on the season.....................most fans think this season is a throw away so no surprise they are looking to make some coin by selling their tickets to rival fans.

I've seen this happen before where the opposing teams fans seemingly outnumber the home team fans, but I don't think I've ever seen it in the opening home game of the season like this.

As a long distance Cowboy's fan, I was embarrassed.

The issue goes back to the seat licensees I suspect. Near my tickets I can guarantee that 4 seats on the aisle are ticket broker seats as they never have the same people in them. The two on either side of mine are privately owned but several games a year they don't come. I'm pretty sure most of the ones to the inside of me are ticket broker seats.

Realize that about the cheapest you could get the obligation to buy seats was 5k a seat. That's a pretty decent price. So for my two seats there was an initial outlay of 10k and then 3k a year in obligation to buy tickets. I can see that putting a lot of fans off, which opened the ability for more seats to go to brokers.
