He does love to pad statsBut it did add to his rushing total.

Could of had 2 shots in the end zone. Instead Dak tried to get into easy field goal range.
YupI do know this...if this game were in Tampa or Green Bay, the ref doesn't worry abut moving the ball back 1 yard....and if he did interfere with the player, time would have been put back on the clock
Same ump that was standing over the ball for 5 sec after the fake punt that got us a delay of game. Who knew the ump would sack our QB to end the game.
Yes it is. Go show a replay with the clock.I did you dunce.
It's not 8 seconds.
The umpire spots the ball...not the center. Dak is a 6-year veteran, he knows that you just can't give it to your center like it's a pickup game. If he gets right up and finds the umpire then maybe there is 1 second left. Instead, the ump has to slide through Dak and Biadasz and the game is over.
I didn't understand that play. Was the umpire waiting for the offense to get back on the field when we got the first down? Also why didn't the offense just get back on the line. It seemed more like Dallas fault there.

That umpire was slow walking it for sure. He did the same thing at the end of the half. When Dak slid.
Go watch every game ever. In none of them will you find it takes a ref 8 seconds to spot the ball.
None!

Bro, Dak was just running out the clock. When Dak slid.

Shame on Kellen, McCarthy, or Dak for calling that play in those circumstances. When Dak slid.

Three times he interfered against us on the snap. Three times.
I agree 100%.When Dak slid.

That's the risk you take running the ball up the middle with your QB with no timeouts. That may have been the dumbest call I've ever seen.
The officials were not anywhere near him when he got up.Well he's not a thinking QB or student of the game. IF, knew that, he would've held on to the ball and he himself hand it to the official. Probably could've slid earlier saving a few seconds.
But bizarre play for sure and a bad ending.
Main reason we didn't try it again was because the 9ers were playing the sideline after those 3 throws. I think the issue is Dak should have slid earlier. A 25 yard pass is much easier to complete than at 40 yard pass, so I understand the thinking behind getting closer.San Fran was leaving the sideline wide open. Three straight throws lead to big games. Why not try another there?
Zero reason to run the ball there. No one was expecting it because it is an insane call. You don't put your entire season in the hands of the refs who haven't done you any favors all year...and who just caused a delay of game penalty earlier in the game.
Was the ref supposed to levitate over Dak?I agree 100%.
That play was a little risky but, their was way more than enough time for the ref to spot it. The ref running into Dak, was the refs fault, and slowed down the process of spotting the ball. The league should have called down from NY, and said give Dallas 1 second.
Dak should have known to hand the ball to the ref not the center. He also had no clock in his head to get down sooner. Again, he’s light between the ears.Doesn’t matter. Dispute my point.
