No, he's Kirk Cousins with less talent. Cousins has elite accuracy, compared to Dak.

MM is trying to make Dak a bus driver. MM knows as does everyone else on the planet that Dak isn't a QB who'll make his team better. He's a jag who needs a great team around him just to be adequate. Best we can hope for is that Lance shows them something to the degree that the Jones fools don't give Dak 4 more years and $200 milllion+.
Numbers don't lie !!!! And the NUMBERS SAY your fullocrap !!!!!!

One of the biggest concerns about Dak is his inability to elevate a team even when it's compromised. He's never really gotten over that hump and show that he's that dude. He's basically our version of Kirk Cousin's with a little more overall talent.
I will cut him some slack given the Oline injuries against Arizona but he needs to demonstrate it was an aberration and not a continuing trend or he will lose this fanbase pretty fast.
Dak's a cool dude but eventually the walk has to match the Talk.
Dak elevates his team no question about It. He was saving our butts on 3rd down repeatedly on sunday.

redzone woes had little to do with dak Against the cards.

redzone was awful but it doesn matter when the defense you hang your hat on gives up 4 70+ yard scoring drives to Josh Dobbs.

Redzone wasnt good and there were several reasons why. Dak wasnt one of them. I rewatched the game 3 times.

by the time dak forced the bad pick the game was already over. Meaningless.

dak actually saved our *** all game long on 3rd down and long extending drives with clutch throws and with his legs. False starts, holding, sacks offensive PI, didnt matter. Dak extended the drives despite these miscues.

I will cut him some slack given the Oline injuries against Arizona but he needs to demonstrate it was an aberration and not a continuing trend or he will lose this fanbase pretty fast.
Dak's a cool dude but eventually the walk has to match the Talk.

Elevating the team is not Dak's gift. Taking "3 Pro Bowl linemen" and a pro-bowl RB and pro-bowl WR and all-world defense and making them mediocre...that's his superpower.

LOL LOL “Dak elevates his team.” There are many posters here who unfortunately have CDS (Cowboys Derangement Syndrome).

His first few years he did elevate the team and I felt we could win a Super Bowl with him at that time. We won a franchise record 11 straight games his rookie season, with wins on the road against Aaron Rodgers and Ben Roethlisberger. You don’t do that with a QB that isn’t elevating their team. He hasn’t been the same since he injured his ankle in 2020. He’s regressed each season since. He’s lost confidence and he makes mistakes in key situations that he wasn’t making earlier in his career.

If his up-and-down play continues, along with the untimely mistakes and the Cowboys don’t get any farther this season than they have, the Joneses may have to make a decision on whether to extend him or not. His game simply isn’t what it was when he was putting up those big numbers and carrying the team at times. It’s gotten to the point that every time he takes a shot down the field you hold your breath hoping it doesn’t get picked. His redzone INT on Sunday was very troubling. He used to put those right on the money for a score or he would run them in.

If they get the number 1 spot, is that enough of an elevation?

This site is getting ridiculous with the Dak hate. Tired of it!!! This is a team game. Every thread about anything turns into a Dak bash.

No, you don't. You post feelings with numbers that can dance any way you want them to.

Fantasy football is not football. Statistics tell less than half the story.

Am A in PE is different than an A in Calculus. Dak is a remedial student.
Look who liked your post and you will know I am right...lol

What!!!! Geno got come back player of the year, Garappolo is running things in Raider Land Tannehill they ran the guy we just loss to out of town for Wilson got a shiny new bag. Cousins is safe and sound in Minnesota. Goff is the new IT boy in Detroit and Mayfield has New life in Tampa, What the PHU.... are you talking about. Original Team ? What makes the oracles of QB play ?
Are you a serious? Garappolo was 86'd by NE, Sent to SF, started a SB and they tried to replace him for years...even sent 3 1st rounders to draft a project. Both were let go by SF. What about that signals he is a desired QB? He signed with LV because they were sick of......CARR and LV basically cut him?

Comeback player of the year?, the vaunted award for elite players like Alex Smith, Tanneyhill, Greg Ellis, Chad Pennington and Tommy Maddox?. Uhh, that is for someone coming back from injury, not a stamp for future franchise QB. And my god, Russell Wilson, I see you missed where seattle would rather gamble on a retread than keep him. I guess you havent seen how denver feels about him
