well so did Josh Allen but his INT "Dont count" just his good stuff, Matthew stafford and Allen are fighting it out for the lead so far this year..lol but i know "its different"..

See...this is what I'm talking about, deflection. Well, so and so did it...is meant to take the convo away from Dak and put it on someone else.

not the point, scoring < 16 points a game is sure a path to <500 ball.
and that would be a great point if that were even close to what the offense is scoring a game this season... Giving up 28 points a game is a sure path to <500 ball also..correct?

I saw CJ Stroud, a rookie, go on the road and win in a game where 4 of starting OL were out against a team that made the playoffs last year.

Thats elevating. Thats the type of QB we need
lol thank you for proving my point..lol

Ok who has more INT per attempt over thier career? Goalpost moving in 3,2,1
Another poster gave you the attempts, TD's and interceptions of Allen compared to Dak and you said "So your good with INT's as long as he throws the ball enough to get them?"

That indicates a general lack of understanding that the more a QB throws the more interceptions they will likely have.

Your goal post seems to be "I want this to be true so I'm going to ignore any factual evidence or logical thinking that indicates otherwise". But by all means carry on.

So losing 17-16 and we can talk about offense futility?

I wouldn't post it if I were you either...it derails your point.

I agree we need one like that, however, we don't have one.

Hey, I actually saw words when I read your post!

if you want, we can talk about it from Sunday also, but acting as if that was the main issue would be leaving out a huge problem from the defense also...Crazy stuff Dak can play bad AND the defense play bad also..blaming the defense performance and the whole loss on Dak is ridiculous

Actually, it doesn't at all. Allen and other QB's have the talent & are trusted by his coaches to put the ball in the air. When Dak slings it, he leads the league in interceptions. Dink & dunk is designed to limit those.

You have to be careful when saying things like this to the Dakboys. They will go to great lengths to interpret things to an extreme, if you give them the chance.

Like this thread for instance. If you use the word elevate they are going to take it as if you mean his mere presence makes the team 20% better. They will never understand that what is really meant is that from time to time the QB has to step up and make something out of nothing. To elevate the potential for success on a given play or three.

Dak pretty much never does that. He had opportunities to do just that last Sunday, and in the playoff games, etc.

Sure the defense didn't hold up their end, but that had nothing to do with Dak earning that elite contract by making the plays that were there to be made.

I never said the defense wasnt a problem. The offense has been a problem for 2.5 games, the defense for 1. Basically if this defense doesnt force 2> turnovers then what is this team? Seriously.
