hopefully Stephen knows better and convinces Jerry to let one of these guys go or both. im tired of seeing the cowboys get their butts kicked into the ground in big games. they seem totally unprepared and out of it for some reason. on top of that, ZERO adjustments are made it seems during the game to fix it. :bang2:

Nonsense, they were recently given a tuck and some botox by a Highland Park plastic surgeon.

Actually...I think they were used in the face lift. :laugh2:

a touch of Bachility post would be interesting

maybe later. I don't really care to expound on them now, if you know what I mean.

dude, we went above your expectations heading into this year

No, getting completely creamed, outplayed and outcoached in our last game again was not beyond my expectations.

Well, scratch that, maybe it was my expectations.

quit adapting your argument to tie it into today's result

you didn't think we would make it this far irregardless of the outcome

I want a coach that pays attention to detail. I don't care about huffing and puffing, or some laid back demeanor.

I want a coach that has his team prepared to play and never gets blown out. Every game is competitive, or they blow other teams out when they have superior talent.

I also want a coach that sticks to old school philosophy when necessary, but knows how to go for the throat.

Any suggestions?

I totally thought this was a playoff team, and was right on board with those who thought the media was reading too much into last year over the offseason and predicting us 3rd in the division. I absolutely thought we were better than the Eagles or the Giants.

And you are missing the point completely again. Progress is not getting b-slapped by the first good team you run into in the playoffs. Its no better than where we were 2 years ago.

MY GOD COWBOY JOE....I had heard we had a brutal schedule next year, but....did you have to post it? Especially after that loss today. I can see us going 6-10 or 10-6 or anything in between but that schedule is NASTY as hell...I'm going to bed..........DEPRESSED.

Yeah, he finally won one playoff game for the first time in his career. It is good to get that monkey off our backs but still, winning one playoff game and winning 3-4 in one season is a totally different thing.

And don't forget, we now get to play a first place schedule next year.

progress is breaking a 13 year old curse though

we have something to build on now, unlike in 07

where we just won HFA

btw, we couldn't beat a divisional foe 3 times in 07

Well the truth is that at the end of the whole deal there will be one team with a super Bowl win and 31 others in the same place.

We will be starting off just like the Patriots, steelers, Browns and Eagles.

My point is that it really doesn't matter where we are right now, because this year is over, but where we will be in 8 months. And that starts with making changes now that effect that.
