Look at this thread ..... and look at the posters and what they are saying about the subject of that thread.

http://cowboyszone.com/forums/showthread.php?t=63678

Look familiar?

There are hundreds of threads just like these ...... and the same people always react the same way.

Everyone has the right to be upset about the way this team is playing...... and everyone has the right to express it.

EVERYONE ..... including those that prefer to have hope.

Just remember that and do not let the few, very loud people who always over react and always jump to negative conclusions, get you down.

There is reason to be hopeful, there is reason to believe that this team, with the right motivation, can turn this season around.

There are still 12 games left to play.

;)

Wade hasn't fixed this team in 3 years. As a matter a fact is almost like they get worse every year.

You look and say people are over reacting and in some cases that is true, but there is a very good reason for everyone to be extremely worried right now. This team sucks. Why? They have no consistency and there is ALWAYS something wrong. They fix one thing, but another issues crops up.

I as a fan demand better from people getting paid millions upon millions of dollars to play this game. I am starting to understand how the Raider fans feel. Perpetual ineptitude.

i have said since opening day that we are an average team at best so i'm not angry about the performance. i do however get frustrated in the heat of the moment cause we have blown a lot of chances already in this early season. but well i guess its not something that should surprise me.

Wade is the least of the problems right now.

Last two games the defense has actually played well enough to win. Few sacks, produced a turnover or two.

The offense has been ****ing terrible. Boy wonder can't get **** together and is literally holding the team back with some of his calls. It's almost embarrassing to watch this team on offense. Romo's lost every ounce of confidence he has ever had and Garrett isn't helping him out at all.

I could care less if someone is optimistic or pessimistic about things. Both are entitled to it but I really don't have a lot of respect for the small group of eternal sunshiners that run about chastising and criticizing the other side. It has become more than opinion for them. Almost like its their job to rid the world of "negative nancys", they bump every thread with sarcastic remarks and shoot down any poster who doesn't propagate the "all is well" mantra.

Not really a big fan of it. I think its pretty ridiculous to just crap in someone's face because they want to be pissed about things.

Good post. It is annoying to see a gutless performance by your favorite team and then be told how you aren't a real fan because you choose to point out the discrepancies and aren't convinced that the team will miraculously erase their problems and start winning. It is a real shame that your fanhood should be questioned because you aren't happy with the teams performance.

Wade is a symptom, not the disease. Replacing him next January or February is like rearranging the deckchairs on the Titanic. The rot goes much higher up.

No one can replace Jerry.

So what are you waiting on?

Blame floats to the top. Wade is the final word when it comes to what the does is doing on the field. (unless Jerry puts his two cents in of course)

Wade's job description is more than DC. If the OC is screwing up, its his job as HC to get it fixed.

And no, he's not qualified at all to do that. Heck, the way this is set up with a Coach-In-Waiting at OC, who knows if Jerry even put him in a position to be able to do that.

Hence the problem.

Oh give me a break

The only people who get treated like that are the ones who go from thread to thread, whether we win or lose, complaining about the same things over and over again ( the guys who have a history doing these sort of things) or the ones who are starting threads saying ridiculous things.

And after we lose these kinda people are the only ones posting because everyone is upset.

I'm saying it's pointless. Fans need to realize that a shiny new coach is not the magic elixir for what ails us. Nor do we have the right man to find the right coach. And yes, Jerry can do the right thing by stepping down as GM. If he swallowed his pride with Tuna, he can certainly do it again.

Maybe it does but Jerry isn't going anywhere and I don't think Wade is the biggest problem right now.

He's got the defense playing well enough. 17 points with being put in a hole by Turncoat's fumble isn't bad. 17 points should get Dallas a win every week. After giving up a ton of points in week 1 and 2, the defense has given up 24 in the last two weeks.

Garrett is a bigger problem IMO. The offense is HIS baby. No one else has more control of that side of the ball and that group is failing miserably week in and week out. Minus the 2nd half of the Tampa game, this offense has either been sputtering or turning the ball over left and right. No consistency at all from that part of the team.

Wade isn't a good HC but if he had an offense that was doing its job, Dallas would be 4-0.

I'm not buying anything Cowboys related this Season.

I made that promise to myself after the Philly game last year. I said no Cowboy purchases for me in 2009. So far so good, and this last game did nothing but hold my stance.

I was going to go to the KC game or GB game, but not anymore. I'm a senior in college, I'm not exactly a wealthy person right now. I have alot better things to spend $200 on than a ticket to watch this team play.

I thought about heading to the KC game and still might if I can get tickets at a good price.

I have no doubt this team will show up enough to beat the Chiefs.

Correct, hence the futility of it all. If Shanahan, Holmgren, or Cowher is introduced as our new coach next year, the usual suspects will uncritically lap it up, because that's what a [strike]shill[/strike] "loyal fan" does. In short, people never learn.

I'm one of the bigger Garrett supporters on this board, but the game yesterday was un-freaking-believable.

We called that game as if Romo was a rookie QB with no WR's. We've dumbed down the offense so much in order to keep Romo from making mistakes, we've turned Romo into a bus-driver from the playmaker he used to be.

Would he make mistakes? Yes, but I'd rather have a 300yd game with 2 INT's than the crap we turned in yesterday. Romo never got into rhythm, yet somehow almost bailed us out again with Romo-magic.

If we turn in another game like that on offense against a good team, I'm done supporting Garrett. We're likely to hang 30 on the Chiefs and have everyone pretend like the season is saved, but in all essence we have next week and a bye week to get the season figured out. It's like one side of the ball will only play well if the other plays poorly. We need to put it together, and Garrett needs to stop living in 2007, because know I have.
