Moore wasnt BAD but he lacked situational awareness. It was glaring in the last game. It was the final straw.

Is he Andy Reid? No.. But he is at worst average offensive coordinator.

Dialing it down in Dallas is what this offense needs, and that has nothing to do with being less productive, its just another way to address it, the situation at hand, the talent that you have does not have to be elite, its how you make plays and T.O.P.,, coordinate.
We need an OC than can coordinate the talent that we have, Dak has the ability, but needs a scheme that accommodates what he does.
Dak was never going to carry this offense with his uncanny skills, he doesn't possess that ability, but he can be much better if given the proper scheme and the cost to surround him with the players that can fit into our cap space is attainable.
Pass catching RBs, bolster the OL is attainable and affordable.

Well, that is SD philosophy on build model now, they obviously believe that Moore is an elevated mind that can transcend Herbert with his scheme.
