That’s pretty high praise from one of the best QBs in the recent decade. Dak definitely seems to be in full command of the offense.

It’s hard to take Aaron’s opinion of QBs seriously.
What are his credentials on cowboyszone?

8 years into his career and his third consecutive loaded Superbowl roster...

Let's see how this plays out over the next 5 regular season games and the post season on the road.
I'm guessing we have a great front office of we had a loaded super bowl roster. Whats these loaded positions we had?

So,are you saying Dallas is a much more well balanced team than the Iggles and because of that, they can win games regardless of who is under center? Whereas the Iggles have to have Hurts?

Or is it Cooper Rush is just as good as Dak?

Or, you just love Hurts?

Or Dak just sucks?

Or maybe all the above?
Or is he saying Cooper is the same as Hurts? It's a conundrum lol

The first paragraph sums it up well. I would add that imo Hurts is more important to the Eagles than Prescott is to the Cowboys. Many will disagree but that's my view. How many games has Hurts brought the team back to win when trailing by 10+ points? The guy is a winning machine.

Some on here think the Eagles have a far stronger overall roster than the Eagles. I disagree.

For starters the Cowboys O-Line is no way near as bad as some on here would have you believe. The Eagles have a very strong o-line but it's not water tight. E.g., the Chiefs manhandled them in the first half last week.

If Jalen Carter misses games then the Eagles rushing defense takes a huge nose dive given the state of their linebackers. The Cowboys' Secondary is far stronger than the Eagles. Ferguson has shown a lot of potential at tight end whilst Geddert is injury prone. Lamb and AJ Brown are both elite WR1 - the main difference in the receiving corp is Devonta Smith who is different class for the Eagles.

Cowboys have plenty of pass rush and whilst overall the Eagles are stronger overall the Cowboys have a lot of juice here too.

Overall styles make fights and there isn't much between the Cowboys and Eagles - the difference could be second half adjustments by the Eagles' coaching.

About the only thing I've never criticized Dak for was choking in the playoffs. Unless we're redefining choking, losing a road game as underdogs in the playoffs isn't choking. Even at home when you're not the better team. The last time you could say we choked was in 2007. Other than that Dallas has won every playoff game they were expected to win.
Well he had more interceptions than touchdowns and a QB rating of 32 and 63... punctuated with non-scoring final drives. I'd call that "underperforming under pressure".

As much as I dislike Rodgers, he knows the position and the game. As much as I've bagged on Dak this season choking when it matters most (and he does), he's playing the best ball of his career right now and hopefully has reached a turning point. Once he 1) got used to the new system and 2) starting running around more instead of sticking in the pocket he has excelled.

Does he have great stats in many losses? And one of the things I have criticized him on are final drive failures. He doesn't need the playoffs to do that. But again, when did Dallas lose a playoff game we were expected to win with Dak at QB? I guess you could say in 2016 when he was a rookie. But I didn't think he choked that game away. It's not easy winning a road playoff game for any team when you're underdog.

Hey one more thing I want to throw out in this thread is another comment on Dak’s cadence. So I have a 120 pound German Shepherd that I named Dallas. One joke I had is I almost named her Amari because I loved Cooper and I like the name Amari but I didn’t want her to disappear when we left home, lol. But whenever I take my baby girl Dallas for a walk, as I’m getting ready I say Dak’s cadence, yyeeahhh hhherre we ggggooo. Dallas gets all excited cuz she knows she going for a walk. Then when the game is in and she hears Dak say it she gets excited and gets the zoomies around the living room. Yeah I didn’t think that through.
