Agreed. But from reports Dak has a much better rapport with Houston.
Tolbert was getting a lot of praise, too. Neither shined in the preseason, but we threw it a lot more at Tolbert (often not to him, though) and the quarterbacks weren't very good when they were in the game. So it is possible the rapport with the starting QB will determine which one dresses ... and we haven't really seen enough of them on special teams to know for sure who might be seen as most able to help there right now. I was just going off what we saw in practices and the preseason games as far as special teams snaps goes.
Realistically, if Houston dresses instead of Tolbert, that shouldn't be considered a negative for Tolbert, but a positive for Houston. Some UDFAs just show up far more than ever expected. We should know by now that draft position has no bearing on who acclimates to the pros faster or even at all.
