I really don’t like hearing our third round pick won’t dress after the dreadful pre season last yrs two and three rounders had this summer . Do both Joseph and Nashon Wright dress Sunday night . Bland taking snaps that’s certain .

He might and probably will dress before the end of the season but, he's not shown that he's ready for NFL primetime.

Bingo.

That last part has been uttered by many here. If you claim you don’t spend in FA and build your team through the draft, you can’t then have your 2nd and 3rd round picks be inactive, if that’s what actually comes to pass.

It’s crazy people don’t under stand this.

Broaddus is fish junior.

Maybe so but he's not the only one now saying it's possible Williams and/or Tolbert could be inactive.

That would be a big disappointment from me if that turns out to be true.

The part about the UDFA not being “ overly impressive “ in game action is an understatement.

If he cant crack the game day lineup now i doubt he can later when gallup returns. Maybe he sits like simi did last year and just learn.

Not a live snap played, nor has the inactive list been made, yet people are already calling guys busts.
It’s unbelievable but not unexpected from what goes on here I guess. The last WR spot will be determined by special teams not who we think will have the best career and here we are calling guys busts before the season even starts and before we even know who will or won’t play and why.

I expected far better routes from Tolbert, he's not going to get any separation at this level.

Someone that understands the cap better than I do needs to be explain to me why they traded Amari this season. Do we really need the unused cap from this season to extend Lamb and Diggs next season?

It just seems like Jerry got mad and said I want him gone instead of a well planned move.

Jerry's public comments about Amari suggest that's what happened.

They traded Cooper because they didn't like him anymore. He had a lack of effort at times and they just didn't want him here anymore. Obviously Dak didn't want him here either. In my opinion they were glad to trade him to Cleveland because he hates cold weather and Cleveland is a **** hole.

It's crazy that you don't understand that they have a good team and have tremendous depth. They are a team. You can claim all you want too, but they did sign Fowler, Turpin, Barr, and Peters.

Agreed. But from reports Dak has a much better rapport with Houston.

Tolbert was getting a lot of praise, too. Neither shined in the preseason, but we threw it a lot more at Tolbert (often not to him, though) and the quarterbacks weren't very good when they were in the game. So it is possible the rapport with the starting QB will determine which one dresses ... and we haven't really seen enough of them on special teams to know for sure who might be seen as most able to help there right now. I was just going off what we saw in practices and the preseason games as far as special teams snaps goes.

Realistically, if Houston dresses instead of Tolbert, that shouldn't be considered a negative for Tolbert, but a positive for Houston. Some UDFAs just show up far more than ever expected. We should know by now that draft position has no bearing on who acclimates to the pros faster or even at all.

He had nothing but scrubs throwing to him. Hard to show anything.
Thank you. It was difficult to see any of the WR’s in the PS games because the QB play was terrible.

The team got to see all of them with Dak in practices, so you’d have to think that they have a pretty good idea of what they have in the young guys.
