Troy goes out of his way to NOT sound like a homer. If he didn't, I think it would send bad vibes to other teams fans, not to mention affect his credibility as a successful broadcaster.
No big deal. If you've seen some of his interviews with other Cowboy QBs (which I saw earlier this year I believe), you can see his passion and pride of being a Cowboy.
