I can see both sides of the issue, not just Gottleib or Aikman's comments.

I just think he took too much of a beating, and who ever you want to blame go ahead. No team should have a QB who's heart is not into it.
If this was 30 years ago, I'm sure Luck would not have made $100 million in his first 7 years so this decision might not have been as easy from a financial perspective.
Luck is not the kind of guy to have spent a bunch of money, I'm sure he is set for life. I agree he is walking away from ~200 million dollars so do think of that.
