GET OUT!!!I'm in Florida now. Seen quite a few of these now. Freaks me out to hear they can climb the fence and apparently enter banks.
Yes, some freaky stuff here in the far Southeast that wasn't talked about beforehand. Learning on the fly.GET OUT!!!
Maybe I should add another exclamation point...

What they teach you out here is to run away in zig zags. Apparently, the gators can't move that way. I was fishing with a buddy who is from here and two small gators just camped out near my line waiting for me to catch something. He told me to be ready because once you reel in a fish, they go after you. They know you are in control of the fish. I thought he was joking but he was dead serious...if im you living in FA. In Texas we teach our kids to run up to the gator and jump on him. Get him before he can get you. What they teach you out here is to run away in zig zags. Apparently, the gators can't move that way. I wasn’t at love park that day. But I actually have met Wally before. The family who owns Wally, used to own a store near where I live. Wally would be at the store in a special enclosure on weekends.
very cool.
