Am I wrong for wanting to see more Turbin?

Yeah I don't get it. Reports are he is a RKG and has run well but they seem inclined to never play him until absolutely necessary.

It's all part of Garrett playing scared.

Turbin is a violent runner. Hits the hole hard and usually falls forward. I would think he could really lean on a defense after about 18 carries

As a side note, if Randle had gotten more carries last year - which he absolutely should have both for the team's sake and for Murray's - we would have had a much better idea going into this season if he was feature back material or just a knucklehead who was ok as a change of pace back. I sincerely don't understand why Garrett is so afraid to go to his bench more often.

6 carries, 12 yards. Probably not the performance to want more carries after.

He wasn't good tonight either. Honesty this line isn't getting the push it needs

Wasn't his fault. When he comes into the game, it screams "run up the middle". He is used like many others, only comes in for a certain play then exits.

Not saying he is better than DMC, but we might not ever know :(

I straight up like Turbin better than McFadden. McFadden won me over by virtue of the fact that he's a good guy who runs hard and didn't fumble and is ok in pass-pro. But I'm second-guessing that no-fumbling part.

This is Turbin's 4th year and he has 0 rushing TDs.

He is nothing special.

The coaches won't play somebody they don't trust. Drives me crazy. Do they still trust Street over Butler?

He is one of those guys that gets better the more he touches the football. Problem is he'll never see enough carries to get really lathered up. He was a horse for Utah St. Don't know what the solution is....maybe when he isn't carrying it....get on the bike to stay warm?

Turbin isn't exactly the cat's meow just yet but evidently, he's improving to a point where the staff is comfortable enough to use him more generously. Let's just hope he continues to improve as he gets more comfortable with his role. I'd venture to say he certainly appears to be at least serviceable, if nothing else.

That one's got ST implications, though. If it were just based on offensive production, Butler would probably be ahead of Street right now.
