I'm pretty sure we had a discussion about it too. You were saying he wouldn't come here to sit on the bench for a year if I'm remembering right. I think me and stash were both hyped about him just coming to town. I must say, I'm glad you were wrong on this one.

I was actually in the draftzone well before the draft saying how I would take him at 27 if he somehow fell. I had him as my top OL and a top 10 talent. Then when all that other stuff happened and he was still there in the 3rd, I was pretty upset they didn't take him there. This trend continued all through the draft for me. Little did I know Jerry had his own plan.
